The manager was NOT polite and talked to me very rudely claiming it was not their fault and said no to the exchange for the mirrors. He said I could not exchange the mirrors because I returned it 4 days later even though the policy says up to 30 days. The manager and employees were very rude. They might have cheap prices but it's not worth the bad customer experience.

In any case I knocked on the door and asked if my daughter could use the restroom, and she said the restroom is closed. I said but it's for my daughter it's not even for me, she said again. The restroom is closed but more with a tone like she was mad, I just stood there for a minute and walked out of there pretty pissed. I told my bf and my other son we needed to go bc the manager said the restroom is closed. By then the lines were already long and there was only one person at the register. She looked like she needed to rest. I don't know what the managers problem was. It happened today around 6-7pm. I didn't bother to argue or contest her. I ended up taking my daughter to the boba place in the same shopping center at the end of the plaza. We were there earlier and bought some boba. In any case . It was horrible customer service on the managers part as well as her management in the store by only having 1 lady on the register with a long line. Why was she even in the office when she should have been helping her colleague clear the lines. Or walking the store? Not a very good time to take break or a lunch if that was the case. Also never ended up buying the toilet paper I needed from my house ironically. My bf just left if by the register and we all walked out.
