I thought it was part of their back storage until during one visit an employee told me to check out their upstairs. Only downfalls are that isles are super crowded and you kinda have to maneuver in some parts to get around the boxes and dig through bins or shelves if you're looking for a specific size or color, but not a big deal, and there's a 3% fee for using a credit card.

Mind you she was the only one at the register and the line was already getting long. In any case I knocked on the door and asked if my daughter could use the restroom, and she said the restroom is closed. I said but it's for my daughter it's not even for me, she said again. The restroom is closed but more with a tone like she was mad, I just stood there for a minute and walked out of there pretty pissed. I told my bf and my other son we needed to go bc the manager said the restroom is closed. By then the lines were already long and there was only one person at the register. She looked like she needed to rest. I don't know what the managers problem was. It happened today around 6-7pm. I didn't bother to argue or contest her. I ended up taking my daughter to the boba place in the same shopping center at the end of the plaza. We were there earlier and bought some boba. In any case . It was horrible customer service on the managers part as well as her management in the store by only having 1 lady on the register with a long line. Why was she even in the office when she should have been helping her colleague clear the lines. Or walking the store? Not a very good time to take break or a lunch if that was the case. Also never ended up buying the toilet paper I needed from my house ironically. My bf just left if by the register and we all walked out. Also she was a white girl with short hair and I reading the below complaints after writing this I had to edit it. I'm not the only one. This needs to be escalated

After a month of not hearing from her I decided to wait it out to see how long she would go without contacting me. I finally contacted her after 6 months. I thought she was going to apologize for forgetting about my item but she was completely unphased and unbothered. She allowed us to pick up the item from her and it was definitely used. I paid for a NEW item and I got her leftovers. I should have known better than to order from her again. The first time I ordered from her I had to badger her about the delivery she promised. She made it seem like it was MY fault she missed our delivery appointment by 2 hours. She never did deliver but we did pick up from her days later. I got lucky. Other people have sent her deposits for their wedding and had their event canceled by Sandra and then ghosted with no refund. Do not do business with this woman or her daughter.
