Kind of the same feeling you get when you have a dog (that you are not the most attached to) that is getting old and you know it may die at some point. For store selection it does have your basics: a pet store, Laura Secord chocolate, Pharmaprix (pharmacy), all the main CDN phone companies, Aldo shoes and a few other shoe stores, Greiche and Scaff (optometrist), Sports Expert and Atmosphere, Fruits and Passion (lotions and Potions) and many more stores mostly on the mid tier price range. It's a place you can come for gift shopping however it does have it's limits as selection of stores is okay but not great. On the north end is Maxi supermarket which is connected (so you don't need to walk outside on those cold winter days). It's a large Maxi and is a no frills kind of grocery store (bag your own groceries). The food court has enough selection: Amir (Shwarma), sushi, Tiki Ming cheap Asian, Subway, Mcdonalds and of course a pizza place. Quality is not high but on the average side of okay. I come here out of necessity not really need as I'd rather drive farther to Carrefour Laval or Rosemere for their malls. Hopefully they work to update this place before it becomes more dated and sad looking. Parking on most days is not an issue but when busier it's ridiculous as there seems to be only enough for about about a hundred and fifty to two hundred cars. These are the times I stay away unless forced to come here.

Most of these stores smell to me what a hospital smells like. This is my neighbourhood Maxi and is a convenient stop to cherry pick their flyer items or grab a necessary item for cooking that are missing from your list. Being a potato chip addict (border lining on problem) they used to have a Presidents Choice General Tao that I would declare had cocaine in it's primal ingredients it was soooo damm good. However they have discontinued that line and I cry my tears of sorrow! Their selection of other Presidents choice sauces and brand items is fairly strong here in this smaller store. My marketing professor in University had a zinger of a joke when the Clinton-Monica Lewinsky scandal was going on. He said at Loblaws they had a new line of women's underwear and it was called "Presidents choice" back in the day! Ba-doom-boom-tish....ahhhhh I thought it was a good joke. Overall I don't come here often and I never buy meat here only basics and special items. It's fairly quick to get in and out of the store in short painless order most days which is a convenient truth! Check it out don't get excited unless you get excited with the smell of a hospital corridor. Pricing however is some of the lowest you will find on items and when on deal it's quite good to stock up for the fallout shelter.

One of the local bicycle shops here in Terrebonne. It was a huge help that they had a very small…read moretire available for my daughters bike. As well especially in the matching white colour also! I came in on a Saturday and they fixed it in front of me for $10 labour. I didn't mind as they could do it in 5-10 minutes for what it would take me 30-45 minutes ( yes I suck at bicycle repair). All in all the bill was $36 after taxes which made a little girl very happy she could get back on her wheels for summer. Selection of bicycles is quite extensive and they provided some great advice. They have gear and accessories galore to keep the enthusiast happy at reasonable prices.

When filling up here I love that within the last 10 years that most all gas stations you can pay at the pump. The gas fill up is a boring procedure and so it helps make it as painless and quick as possible with PATP. The car wash is crazyyyyy busyon a nice day! If you want to avoid the lineups I've noted it's best to come in the evening say 7:00 - 9:00 pm. There is also an air compressor which you need to feed quarters. Also present is a convenient corner store with chips, chocolate bars, beer, wine, other snacks and junk food. It's been ages since I've purchased anything other than gas or car washes. For a Shell this place is as I expect it. A place for convenience and basic needs for you and your car.

Winners I have mixed feelings for. Part of me thinks this place is a glorified dressed up flea…read moremarket. Part of me loves the deals that can be found here. So I come in here only sparingly when I have lots of patience and am ready for some rummaging. Most Winners are somewhat disorganized and look like a bomb exploded with clothes everywhere. This one was actually decently organized. What amazes me about Winners is the amount of old out of style clothing that should be donated to the Salvation Army or poor people. You really need to look high and low and keep an open mind when shopping here. It's. It for everyone folks. One this visit I picked up a few smaller items. Nothing that was of huge score but deals none the less. I did notice they had an excellent selection of shampoo and salon products. Really it's a great place to come for salon style shampoo and high end hair products at very discounted prices. Why pay big bucks at your salon when you can find something here that may meet your needs! Winners can be hit or miss and for me today it was a minor hit. Keep on scrounging folks! You'll find that gem with patience and perseverance!

It started out as a normal Walmart and then they turned it into a Super centre with a full grocery store + Mcdonalds and travel agent. What Walmart succeeds in is price and good selection. What they lack in is high quality and mid to high end items. I come here for personal staple items (Shampoo, toothpaste, shaving products dental products etc) If you want to come and see some of Terrebonne Lachenaie and Mascouche finest people come here. It's a fantastic place to do a case study for your sociology class of people in your neighbourhood. Don't be shocked people this is real life in it's most genuine form. You may have seen some of the online photos of "people of Walmart". I say no more. Google it if curious. Come for the cheap prices, support a multinational Bentonville, Arkansas American company. It's all for the greater good of mankind! Lol!

Super C I'm not sure what it stands for…read morebut I'd guess "Super CHEAP" as it's Metro's version of Maxi (No Frills for those from Ontario). Overall it's a very sterile shopping experience. I'm probably not the best one to ask as I prefer a pleasant curious retail experience. Here it's as bland as white bread. I do give them small credit they do have an Asian section and Latin section however their products sold here are what I call Gweilo Asian food or Gringo Latin food. Price trumps retail experience at Super C as they try to sell for the lowest possible price. My wife doesn't like to shop here but I actually like to get out and see what's different and on special. I do however come infrequently. SC is a great place to come for Inexpensive large case quantities of beer for the pool for the summer. Saturdays it's filled with everyone doing their weekly shopping. It's a big store and selection is quite plentiful.
