Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

The store closes at 9 PM and they refused to let us in at 8:20pm because they said they had a long line and didn't want to work longer than they'd have to. They just lost a customer. They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. I regularly shop at Hobby Lobby in my hometown and love everything about that particular store…read more Today, we stopped in at Hobby Lobby in Yuma to get a print framed for my daughter. We spent over $300 on this project, so we weren't just there to waste time. My two grandsons were a bit rambunctious after being cooped up in the house the last two days. They were running in the aisles but steering clear of the merchandise. A sour looking employee happened to be doing some menial work near where the boys were running around and at one point yelled at my daughter to control her kids and make them stop running around the merchandise. I was personally keeping an eye on the boys and making sure they stayed in the middle of the aisle and were nowhere near anything they could disturb. We didn't appreciate her rude attitude, nor her unsolicited "parenting" towards my daughter and grandkids. Her income is based on customers purchasing products. If her lousy attitude chases people away, Hobby Lobby loses business. I asked the cashier for the name of that unprofessional, unfriendly witch, since she happened to be standing behind her. She told me her name is Annie. So, I advise whoever is in charge of this Annie, to train her how to properly deal with customers who are spending large amounts in the store. She is a huge turnoff!!

Occasionally I have issues locating items in a TSC store and typically there's a friendly, red vested, associate to guide me on my journey. This was one of those days where I couldn't find what I was looking for. I know they carry it, I just can't find it. So off I go to find the red vest..... searching...... searching..... searching.... nothing! I did three laps in the store looking for help and there was none to be had. I needed three things and found one of three, one I couldn't locate, and the third was out of stock.. empty shelf. I returned the one item I found to the shelf where I found it and left with nothing. Upon walking around and on my way out I noticed that the store was pretty picked clean. There were a lot of empty spots throughout the store. Definitely not the situations I'm used to at the other locations I've visited. Sorry TSC, I'm off to see the guys in the Orange vests across town. Half star for convenient location, one for the friendly cashier that greeted me with a smile on the way in, and a half star for the hot dog guy in the parking lot!
