Once again, the managers at Goodwill are greedy. The prices are unreasonable- sometimes the tag is more expensive than the item when it's brand new. Most of the time you can go online to resell apps and it's HALF the price of what they have at goodwill. Their "sales" are tag colors that don't exist in the stores. Seriously, you can spend an hour digging and you won't find a single one. The worst part? Goodwill is overflowing with merchandise. It's priced so high that they cannot get rid of it- which just shows you how unreasonable their prices are. I hope there's a nationwide boycott of these stores. Oh yeah, and do some research on what they actually pay people with disabilities. It's literally penny's. read more

I am posting this review because I feel disappointed with the Goodwill location on Catalina Drive in Yuma, AZ. I do not think that the manager reviews the market price for sneakers. I was surprised that they were selling a pretty worn out Jordan Bid Fund shoe for $59.99. The shoe came out in 2010, so it is 14 years old. You can buy a brand new pair of that shoe, on eBay, for $69. There was also a used pair of that shoe on eBay for $29. The people that shop there do not have exorbitant funds, that's why they shop there. So I feel they are doing a disservice to the community by overpricing items. Just a concerned citizen. read more

Not very happy when I walk in and see a lot of employees pulling green sale tagged items so no customer can get a discount. Some people need that lil bit of a discount, some people can not afford those prices on used items you receive for free. I brought it up to the manager and she gave me an excuse, she said they were removing all damaged items. So all green tag items are damaged?!?! I doubt that. I told her I also heard workers state that they were to remove "all green tags". Not right to be ripping off your customers. read more

I am getting really sick of goodwill! There is nothing good about it. Tired of the dirty stores. I'm tired of it being overpriced and I'm tired of the rude customer service! I have completely given up on shopping at Goodwill in the Phoenix metropolitan area because it's so corrupt and decided today, since I am in Yuma I would try out Goodwill. Well after shopping in there for almost an hour I got in line and after waiting several minutes for a manager to check the price on another customers item, I was then told her line was closed and I needed to move to another register. Why would she not tell all the people that were waiting there for several minutes that her line was closed? Only one register and over 10 people waiting in line for service. I am done! I will never shop at Goodwill again! read more

It's a pretty normal sized goodwill, you can find a lot of great things! The clothes are over priced in my opinion but everything is priced reasonably. They have a calendar with discounts for each day. Sunday's students and Military is either 20 or 25% off I can't remember which one it was. read more

Be prepared to dig, especially in the clothing. The racks are packed and it's nearly impossible to look through them. I also believe the clothing is overpriced. A number of other Goodwills I've been to I've been able to find pieces for $4.99 or less. Usually here it's rare I find something under $5.99. Especially jeans, why price Levi's for $19.99?! I can go to Target and pick up a pair for $30 now. They need to consider lowering their prices. read more

Instead of driving in our little car with bag loads of donations, I always use Goodwill. I just go online to their site, choose a pickup date, etc and there it is. They'll send an email reminder. You'll leave your donations out at your designated spot, they come around with their big truck, pick it up and leave a tax-refundable receipt you'll fill out on your own. Used this service numerous times especially when we moved 2 months ago. So much to donate, nothing to take anywhere. It feels good knowing it'll go to someone else, and all that jazz. It's a win-win; what's there not to like? read more

Not a pleasant experience!!! Stupid manager has music turned up spook loud, couldn't talk or understand anything!!!! Extremely overpriced for even a Goodwill!!! They got this stuff for free, so why do they charge nearly new prices? Stay away, there are better thrift stores in Yuma!!!! read more
