Yikes. Places like this are the reason I'd like my CWL…read more I came in for a few things I knew I could grab from DT. When I saw the entrance door was broken, I should've turned and left. They had a van parked out front with someone soliciting donations for an unknown charity. I'm unsure how much business they assumed to do outside of a dollar store, but props to them for having the courage to stay any longer than I did. When I walked in, I was hit with the smell of what I assume was food going bad. I walked the entire store, even though I knew exactly what I was looking for, and it was upsetting. Having worked in both hospitality and retail, I would be ashamed to own, or even work at this establishment. The floors were dirty, the shelves were dirty and the inventory was a mess. They must be short-staffed, as they only had two cashiers working the registers, although one was hanging out in the back room (or excuse for a back room, it's only enclosed by it's walls, you could throw a baseball over the top). The young gentleman that rang me up was very nice, and wished me a Happy New Year. I would've offered him a job if it wasn't for the line of customers looking at me like I didn't belong there. I've lived here for a few months, and now I understand why my neighbors say to shop farther south.

This particular location is HUGE! Most often they have what I'm shopping for in stock; however,…read morekeep in mind they feature extra end caps due to the size of the store. For example, I was in need of fuzzy socks for holiday baskets. These were empty on the aisle yet I was able to locate a display with an abundant amount. Winning! Another benefit of this massive store is I can find some neat affordable gifts here; whereas, other locations don't offer the same variety of items. This is the perfect venue for obtaining stocking stuffers. An added bonus is Auto Zone is located directly next door do one can tackle their automobile needs as well.

I bought a cute pair of pants from White House Black Market. My friend got a couple of shirts from Under Armour. Make sure to ask for a healthcare provider discount. Parking was easy. Even though we did not shop 'til we dropped, it was still nice browsing through the stores.

In November 2025, I had one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had…read morein a retail store at TOMMY HILFIGER. All I did was unfold a T-shirt, and the associate immediately confronted me and yelled. His tone and attitude were so aggressive that I genuinely felt harassed. Feeling harassed, I reported the situation to the manager. I went to the manager expecting at least basic professionalism, but the situation somehow got worse. He didn't apologize, didn't take responsibility, and instead whispered something to the associate before telling me the employee was autistic as if that excused everything and as if my experience didn't matter at all. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. Also, when I reacted with shock because who expects to be yelled at for looking at a shirt at a clothing store? the autistic associate even insinuated I was stupid simply because I was dumbfounded by how he was speaking to me. That was completely unacceptable. The manager was present at this point Let me be absolutely clear: The associate's behavior was the problem. His actions toward me were unacceptable and made me feel harassed, regardless of any diagnosis. That is why I went to the manager in the first place. What concerns me most is the manager's failure to address the inappropriate behavior or take any corrective action. Management has a duty to maintain a safe and respectful environment for customers and to ensure staff are properly trained and supervised. Dismissing my complaint and offering no resolution reflects a lack of proper oversight and raises serious questions about the store's adherence to basic standards of customer protection and professional conduct.
