I normally go the Dollar Tree in Troy (in the Walmart plaza) but I was on my way to Panera to pick up curbside, and this was the only dollar store in that area. It had kind of an old/funky smell inside. I saw they had cards through the window, so that was encouraging, but their Halloween selection is pretty limited; they maybe had like 10 different card designs to choose from, but 7-8 of those were for little kids (grandkids, children, etc). I ended up buying five for family and friends, and good thing I did because they have a $5 minimum limit for credit cards. The final reason I'm giving them 3 stars: the cashier was not wearing a mask. The man next to him beside the counter was, FWIW. He had a very thin layer of plastic sheeting between me and him, so I'm guessing that's why he thought it was fine ... however, I'm "high risk," so I definitely wiped off my credit card with a wipe when I got back to my car. I wouldn't stop by here again, I will just go to Dollar Tree next time. But they do have a lot of cards (non-Halloween ones) if you need them.

I Love this place!!…read more I will not go to any other dollar stores because Dollar Tree has spoiled me. This one is so clean and organized!! They have so much stuff it's ridiculous!! For Easter, they had tons of candy, chocolate bunnies, baskets, grass, toys, and all of it was 1 dollar each. I did all my baskets for my kids and they loved everything! I recently did a yard sale and they had nice big garage sale signs, and the price stickers.. 480 in one pack for 1 dollar! And, for being a dollar store, they have a lot of name brand stuff!! We were looking for small bins to tidy up our cupboards and linen closet and found just what we needed. We also found a nice coat rack for the wall by our back door. The staff was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions as they guided us to what we were looking for. As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. Keep this store in mind if your spaces need organizing because there is definitely something for every room and everybody.
