I go to Hesperia or Victorville because this store on the 395 near Palmdale road is atrocious! First of it and the merchandise is dirty and dusty. The store is junky and disorganized. T The manager has the nastiest attitude. The store is always a MESSY.They always have 1 cashier no matter how long the lines are, which by they way are always to the back of the store and around the corner. The manager & staff are rude and look and act like they hate their job and make you feel like they don't want you their. This store is disorganized (junky) and don't dare go to the south end where it looks like a junky stockroom for forgotten items. The store needs an overhaul from the manager down!

Adrianna declined to provide her last name and was very aggressive when I asked to use the restroom although I was a paying customer. She was aggravated and yelled at us to go to Aldis when we were paying at the front. She verbally abused me in the hallway of the restrooms stating we better not leave foot prints and she hates customers asking for stuff "last minute." It was 7:50 pm and the store closes at 10 pm. Friday night. I started walking away in fear she would struck me. Store associate Rosa also was shaken from her Managers behavior. Immediately after I exited the building, an employee ran outside and loudly accused me of stealing in front of other customers: "Are you going to pay for that cord you stole?" I was humiliated and embarrassed. I never attempted to steal. I'm filing a formal complaint with corporate and BBB. I cannot recommend this store to others until management addresses how staff treat honest customers.
