I've been used to discount stores as 99 cent stores in NY or the Dollar Trees of suburbia, but Ollie's certainly tops them all with space and inventory. This is no Goodwill / Salvation Army type of a store -- most everything is new. Their slogan of "good stuff cheap" couldn't be a more accurate way to describe the place. Since the inventory is under constant change, I'm finding that everything changes every few weeks. This is a really easy store to just randomly peruse in search of something heavily marked off. In addition the store is clean, the bathrooms are solid, and generally everything is easy to find. I personally love their office supplies section, as I'm always able to score pens, markers, notebooks, and other various things. I also love that they have massively large rugs and have an incredible selection of toys, books, and other gift worthy inclusions. Service has always been pretty good with me. I rarely see large crowds in here and even if there is a small line, it's dealt with very quickly. I am already looking forward to my next visit back.

I learned the hard way that not everything is a bargain, and I'm personally still learning what is what, but it's easier to go right than go wrong here. I was personally surprised to find name brand household items and other assorted items like toasters and coffee makers for affordable prices so if you plan to visit, my advice is- compare pricing. Some people are pretty serious about grabbing what they can but it's all good. The staff is really friendly and quick to checkout. My son accidentally got the wrong size phone case and the staff let us come back in and look for another one to exchange. No questions. No problem. Cool little spot for quick deals!! If you can't be here on Friday, just get here before Tuesday to increase your chances of finding deals. Also, wear closed toe shoes for the "new table rampages" that happen every hour on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Plus they do raffles on all three days as well.

That's a rarity due to the number of exchanges we have as our rescue depends on their exchange with receipt policy. Some locations hate honoring this policy, but never this one. Basically with receipt, we can exchange any item on the receipt at what we paid for it rather than having to settle for the clearance or lowest selling price. As far as cleanliness and organization, I would have to say this store is one of the better ones. Some stores stock items in such a dangerous way that I often avoid those locations as much as possible.

I didn't trust them anymore when trying to perform jumps etc. I brought my skates to a shop before this shop and without even looking much they said they wouldn't repair them. I brought them here with a recommendation from the skate rink I go to often. He told me to come back in 1 week, and they were finished the day he told me they would be. When I returned they looked great and his repairs actually made them sturdier than they originally were. He also shined them, they looked brand new :) highly recommend!

Less than a year after I had my boot heels repaired, one of them fell off. I took them back in to…read morefix the heel again and have the insoles repaired where my big toes had worn holes in them. He charged me for the work on the heel and also charged me $30 to repair the insoles. When I picked them up, the heel repair seemed ok. You're not going to believe this - he put aftermarket insoles that I could've bought at the store in the boots and declared them "repaired." The holes created by my toes are UNDER the crappy/cheap insole! This guy is a hack! When I told him I was dissatisfied, he said the "repairs" were good. I said, "I won't be back and neither will my friends!" He said, "ok." Jerk!
