Soon as I walked in though, I noticed the line was literally ALL the way to the back of the store down the beauty aisle I'm sitting there like... "Are they giving away free money in here or something?" because I have NEVER seen it that bad before. On top of that, chirren were running around unattended like it was recess. Then what really got me was it was around 5 PM and there were boxes EVERYWHERE. And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. I'm guessing the night shift hadn't stocked yet, but trying to maneuver through those aisles was frustrating. It was basically me sliding sideways between people and boxes trying to shop. I couldn't find my normal items, so I asked one worker for help, but baby she had both AirPods in and acted like I was invisible So I asked another employee that was stocking, and she actually stopped what she was doing to help me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, we still couldn't find the item. Big bummer. At that point I was just walking around hoping the line would magically get shorter. Spoiler alert: it did not. By the time I finally got in line, it was still wrapped halfway through the aisle. Then FINALLY somebody must've said, "Hey... maybe we should open another register." Well duh I jumped into that line and eventually checked out, but for me to only have a few items that fit in ONE bag and still spend that much time in there? Crazy work. I'm giving a fairly low score this time because the whole experience felt like pure chaos. Hopefully it was just an off day because this is normally one of my favorite Dollar Trees.

There aren't huge piles of merchandise blocking walkways, making it hard to see the shelves. I'm not really liking how the prices are all over the place. There's not much clarity on how much anything is. We went from $1.25 to $1.50 seemingly overnight and now most things are $2 with many items hanging from $5 to $20. It's almost as if the Dollar Tree is now the Dollar General.

We go there for food a lot, and have also found some other great home items like egg holder, glass juicing bottles, or all natural laundry pods, and have also gotten many stuff for our furbaby. Their clearance is pretty decent and we've found lots of good deals that way. Aisles are small, sometimes floor staff will power walk through but generally I'll stand my ground until they're forced to say excuse me or hit me bc sometimes it seems like they just expect you to move without saying something if you seem them coming. Despite that, I really don't have much issue with floor staff. Checkout line can get long but they also have about 4 cashiers when I go so it goes fast. Cashiers are always friendly and nice.

Many people came out to show their support of this new location. They were fully staffed with lots of wonderful knowledgeable, friendly employees. Their store was so beautiful! There was so many beautiful things. I bought toys, clothes, household goods, things for my garden! Some wonderful tea, and the list goes on. Nearly everyone in that store had a full basket. As an off-price retailer, Marshalls stores carry a selection of brand-name and designer fashion, in addition to household goods, and toys and more. The new 24,089-square-foot location in the Cedar Breaks West will join the more than 1,200 existing Marshalls stores. I thoroughly enjoyed myself shopping through this store. I'm sure you will too! I've been to many Marshalls, however, this Marshalls is better than any Marshalls I've ever been in! As I was checking out, Lucas helped me. He taught me all about their credit card and got me a 25% discount today! He also told me that there is a HomeGoods coming in soon and I can use the same credit card at HomeGoods. THEN I earned a $10 credit today! Now, the challenge is, can I save this $10 to use at HomeGoods or am I gonna come back to Marshalls first, lol Thank you, Lucas!
