They have a wonderful selection. And they are the only place I know that correctly calls "sausage kolaches" as their real name--Klobásník--or Klobásníky (plural.) but don't expect those to still be there. On a weekday, they might still have these Czech treats until 3 pm, but on the weekends, they go fast! Always friendly staff and i just love looking through their home decor. They have the cutest little tchotchkes that are locally crafted and so wonderful for home, garden, or lawn. I have bought many a christmas and birthday gift on the way. Great metal art as well! The bathrooms are always clean and smell fine. I highly recommend stopping at least one time to see everything they have to offer. It's a true, "small Texas town" stop! Oh, and set the GPS! It's one of those "blink and you'll miss it" towns. One light and then it's gone.

Stepping through the door is like visiting a hoarder's house who made a feeble attempt in trying to create a thrift store. There's a lot of clothes here and they seem to be in line with what Goodwill would price them at. This is a one to two star business, but I'll add a star since they do make an effort to help the homeless. You're more likely to walk out of here empty-handed then to find some small treasure here. There's enough parking out front and you can grab a free condom on your way out.

When I arrived, she told me she had listed them for a discounted price on another site so she would honor that less expensive price. She didn't have to do that because I had no idea but that's just how honest and kind she is. Her husband, Grady Broadus, was incredibly helpful loading these pieces carefully into my car. The value at Ollie's is great. We didn't have a ton of time to shop but we nabbed an A&M garden flag for $6.99 and a big bag of Brownie Brittle for $5.99. (Now I will note that we have been "burned" by food at Ollie's in the past -not this particular location- when we bought some mint patties which were infested with bugs. So yes we are "nervous" buying food here but I think that if they are well packaged, that shouldn't normally be a problem.) Now for the service. Wow. Aimee was our cashier and was FABULOUS. She was so friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for Ollie's rewards and explained everything so thoroughly. I honestly don't know why we didn't sign up before. All he said was 'Sorry'. I was very careful to not be ugly just simply told him that the sirloin was tough and not edible. A simple 'Can I get you something else to make up for it' would have gone a long way towards me ever returning.
