The signal here was also very weak - there are parts of the mall where you lose signal completely. Different parts of the mall are also not connected inside, you have to walk back out if a certain store you're looking for is not in a specific section.

Not only do they cater to all you animal needs, food, containers, bowls, cages, heat lamps etc etc etc and I mean there's a huge selection of every animal feed imaginable. Chickens are our main reason we go here, not only for chicks but for everything they'll need EVER!! They also have a nice tool department with many name brand tools. There is a wonderful clothing and footwear department that sells many name brands that really appeal to the masses. Hunting apparel, jeans, coats, shirts and accessories. There is usually a really good selection on their clearance rack that I've found amazing deals for bothering me and my husband. But our favorite department is the gun department. They are helpful, knowledgeable and eager to show you anything that you might want to touch. We've been known to go in for chicken food and leave with a gun or two!! Ammo is always stocked and they carry many accessories too. Along with a huge selection of safes. Watch for their sales because they have some pretty awesome deals. But most of all after a big shopping haul right at the check out is a vast array of candy and snacks!! Also hard to resist!! One thing about Murdoch's is their customer service is awesome, always someone takes out our coop shavings and food and insists on loading it all up for us. Regardless of heat, rain or snow.

They have a large selection of women's clothing and had some nice items for sale on discount in the upstairs loft area. I ended up purchasing a sweatshirt which is SO soft - it's my new favorite.

I was trying to reach a 2-liter soda bottle, and used the (sometimes) provided soda stick to pull the product forward, which fell at an odd angle atop the top shelf. Having struggled with trying to position it better, surrounded by more than one employee in the aisle, I expected someone to offer assistance, but found none. So, I stepped on the bottom shelf to reach and snatch the bottle myself, visibly frustrated. After walking away with the bottle in hand, an employee spoke up aggressively and said "Hey, you! Don't do that again." to which I responded "Oh, I just couldn't reach it! Sorry." And he said, "We have ladders for that." I didn't reply after that and continued on. It was a brief and unpleasant interaction, not something I'm used to seeing but it was uncalled for nonetheless. My issue with this really comes down to: 1) An employee should offer assistance. A customer shouldn't always have to ask when they are visibly struggling, that should be a trained reaction as a Wal-Mart associate. 2) If they cannot provide assistance, then ladders should be within the aisle that can be used when product isn't within grasp. 3) Finally, what irks me is that this product should have been refaced (brought to the front and in reach) throughout the night of restocking to begin with. Fronting product should be priority one! A customer should never not have easy access to it. That's all! Hopefully this isn't something that needs repeated in the future, but it's also not the first time I've seen the beverages improperly shelved anyway.

Then to return it (difficult when I live out of town) in the time frame only to get store credit to buy something else that may or may not fit and start the process over again is ridiculous. It would be one thing if the prices weren't so high to take a chance on something not fitting. The store credit thing is silly, other businesses don't operate that way.
