Everyone we talked to was patient and upbeat, making sure we understood how the app worked before we even started shopping. They didn't rush us or assume we knew the system -- they walked us through it and made the whole experience easy. The store was super clean and organized, and they even had a robotic cleaner roaming through the aisles keeping everything spotless. It gave the place a futuristic vibe and showed how much pride they take in keeping things tight. Parking was easy -- the lot has a good amount of spaces, so you're not circling around trying to find a spot. Quick in, quick out. Shopping with the app was smooth -- scan as you go, keep it moving, and when you're done, checkout is actually fun. They do a couple quick checks to confirm your cart, and just like that, you're out the doors. No lines, no waiting, no headache. Bonus if you're into geocaching -- there's actually one right outside. The young lady behind the counter ( Addy) informed me that I could pick out a charm to go with my scarf. I was looking at the available choices and said "oh man I wish you guys had some silver or bronze choices" she then proceeded to say with an attitude "uh silver isn't in any longer!" I told her "I didn't ask your opinion. I've also been to 3 other boutiques today and they all had silver options. Silver jewelry is very much in style, and you now will loose mine and my friends business!" We put every thing back and walked out. We then went down to the Velvet Angel and spent some good money with them. I am a silver lover and was only waring it that day. My friend as well. The owner of the Velvet Angel was also waring only silver. This employee needs to keep her rude mouth shut. I know people you're going to look at the pictures and you're going to say this is a bad place. Truly they're trying to service people in a bad neighborhood with the products everybody uses. I went into this location for very simple things and found multiple items way cheaper at this location then Kroger's or Tom Thumb. I was going to give a bad review. When I was standing in line for like 20 minutes because there was some old ladies in front of me and they were just having a good time talking and wasting the cashier patience but I cannot give a bad review when the person at the door as I was exiting wish me a good day with a smile when I get a chance I definitely will be going back here to shop daytime only
