I went to the store to ask why my account had been charged for an item they did not have and was told to cancel the order to receive a refund. After canceling, I received a notification saying that if my money was not returned within 5-7 business days, I should contact them. I decided on a ring design and handed over my mother's wedding ring and my gfs grandmother's engagement ring. Noah listened to what I wanted and he designed a perfect ring for my soon to be fiance. After the first rendering, we agreed that it was perfect. She said yes of course but I got the wrong size, slightly to big. Noah offered to remake the ring free of charge and even added more diamonds!!! The owner of the place was very condescending to me and talked down to me the whole time.it was unnecessary. I know I broke the law and this is a lesson yada yada yada.. but I finally had enough and told her that I dont let anyone talk to me like that..especially when I was working without any kind of instruction ( very disorganized I there ). I clocked out . She was not aware of my regular shopping and I guess assumed I was some vagrant off the street.! So she told me not yo come back! I said ok.and that the 50 Michael kors bag i bought earlier was the last thing I buy in there as well . The lady Donna who knows me was in shock at how she was treating me. I was almost in tears.! A charity organization is NOT supposed to treat people like that. U bet I wont ever come back
