The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the employees didn't seem very friendly and looked like they weren't happy to be there. This purchase was made on 9/2/22, her birthday was 9/16/22, which I normally do like to shop a little early, not the day of. These pullovers could have fit a super plus size woman. When trying to EXCHANGE (wasn't asking for a refund, on 9/24/22, I was told no refunds or exchanges after 10 days, which it does not state on the receipt. With the holiday season coming up, I truly recommend you not shop at a place with this kind of customer satisfaction. My dog now sleeps on this $65.00 purchase. My money will go elsewhere.
