I showed up to pick up my prescription around 5pm. I was told that they did not have it. The drive thru technician is extremely rude, not a sorry or anything. After calling the pharmacy to question where my prescription was I was met with more rudeness. Apparently if you say this is bs, they lose all patience with you. They were trying to tell me and my wife that we were lying. After a 2 hour ordeal, they finally found the prescription filed under the wrong date. The icing on the cake was they didn't even have it attached to the correct profile. I updated all of my information last week, never received an email confirmation about my prescription. This pharmacy is lackluster and needs to be investigated. If this is how they treat their patients, I feel bad for the ones who frequent this location. If I were you, I'd take any prescriptions elsewhere. Just a lack of professionalism on so many levels and they want be help accountable. Walgreens should be ashamed of this type of service

The restricted drive thru availability obviously translates into longer lines inside and out. That just doesn't make a lot of sense if you really care about your customers. Well dummie me I did online shop here again cause I thought just maybe I could get some things here…read moreI couldnt get at another store, I wont make that mistake again.. out of 13 items when they called me to pick up they had 1 so i said cancel my order and credit me back..they said it would take 3 to 5 days to credit me back unless I cancelled myself..so I said I would ,well on their online app there is no way to do this so i called back to let them know..she really didnt know why but about 30 mins later called me back saying I could now cancel so back online i went..But again no way to cancel so I called back ..bottom line we have to wait for however long it takes to get credited back which is a huge irritation to me..I m done there as they never seem to have what I order..
