It has as all the feel of warmth and what you want in a neighborhood store. Helen is one of the owners and is so sweet and awesome! That grocery store has been there in the middle of town for many decades, dating back to the 50's,…read moreit was known as McDonald's Grocery store for years. When the present owners purchased it, they kept the old fashioned family atmosphere, it's a step back in time to shop there, and I don't mean that in a bad way. Those complaining about the meat not being fresh don't know what they're talking about, unless your standing outside of livestock slaughtering pen, it won't be truly 'Fresh', the fact that meat is brown doesn't mean it's bad meat, that's the way butchered meat normally appears, the red you see is an added dye by the big chains to sell the impression that it's straight out of the cow,pig or what have you, I've worked around slaughter houses enough to know what I'm talking about. They have a good butcher shop and quality product, and their clerks are always ready to be of service to the customer. That's something that one doesn't find much these days.

(Associate standing next to her showing her how) OK! When I asked for corporate phone number, she said go on Google. And you are a manager??? You can't even do a simple return. Everything is either used and returned or someone stole something out of the box and returned it! Bought a box of knives. $39.99 plus tax when I came home. Opened the box--someone took the knives! So makes me wonder do you check or open boxes when people return! Don't label full price when u didn't even open the box. Imagine if this was a gift for someone. You can't check items inside the boxes? Or place a sensor? Constant issues with clothing used and kitchen items. It's disgusting to see stains on clothing! Their clearance items all used! Broken Mirrors why are you selling them? Isn't that safety concern to fall on someone or on a child! Why are you selling dishes broken? Why are you selling water bottles without lids? Soap dispenser that's cracked and missing the top? I mean common! Their artificial flowers all broken, falling apart or still in plastic. Why?! You have a security at front but your stuff is constantly stolen or unwrapped or something used with sensors, tags on the shelves! The store is very dirty and I remember when they first opened..... Staff is unfriendly and cashiers look like they don't like their jobs! 1.Train your staff and managers on duty how to handle customer issues better! 2. This place needs to hire workers that aren't lazy and know how to work the floor and retail. 3.Learn HOW to unbox items when shipment arrives and do some cleaning and move stuff around to make your store more appealing and inviting . Almost all their home stuff is always sitting at the same spot since they opened originally. I have shopped here so long now by heart I know where is what, because they don't move anything around! If you want to consider your store brand new, at least don't make it looking like goodwill.

If you look at my last review we are a Costco family, literally we buy everything there and I mean…read moreeverything. If it's not from Costco I also buy everything with their credit card and pay off monthly so we are Costco people. This is why I am so disappointed and disgusted with the Riverbank tire center service and business practices. Took my car for a tire rotation and also needed a tire fixed as it had a slow leak. They called me and said that the tires were out of warranty because I had not kept up with the rotation schedule. I told the guy in the phone that he needed to check the other two Costco stores where I have done the rotations and that I also get them done when I change the oil and all those receipts are in the glove compartment as I know I had not missed any rotation or oil changes. This is my commuter car so I have been meticulous on all the services. Then he said that it did not matter anyway because the flat was "unrepairable" as the nail was too close to the side wall so I needed to replace the tire but they don't sell just one tire so I had to buy two. Also warranty was voided because I had missed two rotations in the last 6 months, I told the guy I could find the receipts but something did not make sense to me so I said I would come by and discuss in person. I got there they had put the spare because that is their policy since the "unrepairable" tire was unsafe. I asked to see where the nail was as usually tire shops will circle the nails they find with chalk but they were too busy so guy said the tire was in the trunk and I could check it out myself and moved on as they were busy with a line. I went to check the "unrepairable" tire and the tire had no marks and the only nail I could find was right in the center of the tire and no where near any sidewall. Took it to a shop down the street and they charged me $15 to repair as there was nothing "unrepairable" with my tire. The only nail was the one in the center took them 5 minutes and have earned my future tire business. Wow.....lazy, dishonest and unprofessional staff at the tire center. I would give them negative stars but I can't. Disappointed and pretty upset, will never step in to the tire center again......funny because I wanted to get these really nice rims for my wrangler with new tires when the time came to replace but they will loose all my future business on the tire center in Riverbank. Lazy, liars and so unlike the rest of the great staff at that Costco Riverbank.

This new T.J. Maxx location is great!…read more I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items sold at this store! They had everything from bags to jewelry, shoes, clothes, skin care, home goods, snacks, pet supplies, and anything else you can imagine. Not only the selections were great; the prices for great brands were super low! Compared to other T.J. Maxx locations, the amount of affordable name-brand items was insane. Some of note were Gucci and Prada perfumes, Bala fitness products, Laneige lip and face masks, and Shiseido skincare. These brands have been super popular on social media recently yet were heavily discounted. Their skincare and fragrance sections definitely shine! There are a ton of great Korean skincare brands. The women's clothing section is just alright - I didn't see any crazy finds. I was a little underwhelmed with the floral area as well. Presumably because this location is new, the checkout line was very long. It began wrapping through the aisles. Regardless, the employees were very quick and managed the line well, super friendly too. I definitely recommend stopping by this T.J. Maxx for all your shopping needs.
