This new T.J. Maxx location is great!…read more I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items sold at this store! They had everything from bags to jewelry, shoes, clothes, skin care, home goods, snacks, pet supplies, and anything else you can imagine. Not only the selections were great; the prices for great brands were super low! Compared to other T.J. Maxx locations, the amount of affordable name-brand items was insane. Some of note were Gucci and Prada perfumes, Bala fitness products, Laneige lip and face masks, and Shiseido skincare. These brands have been super popular on social media recently yet were heavily discounted. Their skincare and fragrance sections definitely shine! There are a ton of great Korean skincare brands. The women's clothing section is just alright - I didn't see any crazy finds. I was a little underwhelmed with the floral area as well. Presumably because this location is new, the checkout line was very long. It began wrapping through the aisles. Regardless, the employees were very quick and managed the line well, super friendly too. I definitely recommend stopping by this T.J. Maxx for all your shopping needs.

She started shopping and as I returned with the box of shoes I walked toward the back of the store to give it to my fiancé. I was approaching her I heard someone saying sir... sir... I turned and it was Savannah. She asked if I was returning those and I said my fiancé was. She then reached for them and said I can hold these up front. I said wait, Jen she wants to take these and then she said I need to hold them up front. I was very confused on my she needed to take something away that we owned. Ok. It's not the policy of holding them up front. That's fine, but this girls demeanor and tone made me feel like I did something wrong. Those shoes in my hand we already bought and owned. Yes we were going to return them but where does it say in the store that I must hold them at the front desk? She made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I really think this is a teachable moment. At no point during the time when she confronted me nor when we checked out purchasing two more pairs of shoes was she even friendly or apologetic. I could have easily gotten upset with her but it wasn't worth it. She was having a bad day clearly and made me think that going back to this store is not worth it.

When the saree arrived, I could not believe how bad the quality was. First of all it was not handloom. It's definitely power loom, and there is not a single ounce of silk in that saree. We all work hard to earn our money and spend on something nice and meaningful. Their customer service is not at all helpful, they keep repeating its handloom, we sent the right product, but they totally cheated me on the quality. The saree is unwearable.
