We called and they said they were going to to refund of delivery fee and bring us the missing furniture the next Monday morning. They refunded the $450 delivery but never brought the missing furniture that I paid over $600 for and now reuse to give us what we paid for . They are not only misleading customers they are now stealing for us .

Really good shoe selection with some brands you won't find at other department stores (good brands - as well as the other well known brands). Sign up for email alerts and you'll get 20% off one item coupons and things like that. Really good deal when you can stack that with the already good prices they have. Great location and great service. Highly recommend if you've never been to one of their locations.

They have really good rates for the propane bottle exchange too (less than $17). Staff is always friendly and helpful and keep checkout lines moving quickly. Overall store cleanliness is always spot on. Not a lot of clutter or appearance that they need to do cleaning. Really like this store and continue shopping here.

She immediately recommended the ALTRA hiking boots which have a wide toe box. She brought several models, and I walked out of there with a pair of ALTRA Lone Peak 9 hiking boots. These were probably the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have been everywhere in the Huntsville and Madsion for years and have not been able to find a place that has wide hiking boots. I even went to REI who had no wide boots in my size. Gadsen Outfitters not only gave me a Military discount, but they also have a 30 day return policy. You don't see businesses anymore with such honesty and ethics and actually want to help a customer. It is worth the hour drive from Guntersville as I have found a place where not only have boots for my mangled feet, but are experienced, knowledgeable and are an honest business. There is a little bit of everything, it would seem, related to the outdoors. They have sections for bike riding, climbing, water related sports as well as apparel for men and women. I looked through the stuff for men and didn't come across anything that caught my eye. They did have some stuff that was a little different than what you'd find in department stores. Prices were, in my estimation, slightly higher than what you'd pay at other sporting goods/department stores. They do have a nice selection of shoes, again, that are a little more original than the run of the mill. Some of the branded items you'll find here are Patagonia, The North Face, Trek, Chaco, Osprey, Salomon, Hoka and Kuhl. If you're shopping for outdoor gear, I think this would be a worthwhile place to check out, they may have some good options for you.
