I browsed the isles and a lot of things were really cheap and out of season but not expired for example I found a bunch of Easter Rice Crispys for $2. They have a lot of name brand items for cheap. Even though it's a bargain store the store was very organized and clean unlike some other bargain stores I have been to. I think I might start coming here for a nice little monthly haul of goodies!

It was on a Tuesday, which is the first day of their week And they claim that everything is $14 on the first day. $14 only refers to what is in the bins that all these places have. They basically dump stuff out multiple times a day and people pick through it and buy things. I believe this is an old grocery store or some sort But there is a lot of space inside. What I did realize was that virtually nothing in the bins was worth $14 on this day. Anything that might've been worth that was priced at $30 or higher off in a separate section. A lot of what was in that section would be in the bins at most of these types of stores that I have visited. I understand appliances and mattresses and other rather large items being priced higher, but a lot of these items could have been in the bins based off of other places. At some point, I will probably stop in again on one of their cheaper days just to see what they have. Inventory does change constantly so it could be better sometimes. The other thing that struck me about this one was when I walked in, the place did not smell nice. They were not crowded and there is a lot of empty space. If you're looking for deals, it could be worth stopping in as you never know what you might find , and it is possible to hit several of these stores in one day, depending when you are shopping. Be aware that most of these types of stores are cash only if you have never been in them before. There are handicap spaces near the entrance, and the entrance was accessible when I was there.

I guess you can always find something you didn't know you need it if you look hard enough. They have an amazon locker inside, that you can only access it during business hours

If you've been to one dd's, you've been to them all. This one's no different. More than a thrift…read morestore, less than a Ross. That sums it up. Every once in a while you can find some really good stuff here. I like the T-shirt selection here. They have good home furnishings and decorations too. A Five Below store will be opening up next door this week. Coupled with Ross, TJ Maxx, and Dollar Tree, that's gonna make this plaza a bargain hunter's dream.

I am very conscious of the prices for everything when I shop in these stores, but I can almost always find something. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping. As they have an ever-changing in inventory they are definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.

Like most discount stores, Roses Discount Store has some items that are a very good deal and some items that are not worth the low price that is attached to them. Be advised that it is in a sketchy, somewhat dated shopping plaza. While there is plenty of parking, there were also a lot of people sitting around just hanging out. Literally sitting in the parking lot on the curbs throughout the shopping plaza. I was here on a Sunday morning, so I cannot say if it gets better or worse at night. The woman who checked me out was very friendly and outgoing. Me inside of the store was rather cluttered and arranged haphazardly. It didn't seem that sizing was too important to them as everything was kind of thrown together. It also looks like they buy both items that other stores could not get rid of so you will find often something only in one size. However, the deals are definitely pretty good. I've watched several pairs of socks at a dollar each. I also bought sleepwear for like five dollars each. Again comma this review is five stars because I am looking at what it is various it is a discount store periods started back to my office right you are getting some very good deals and you we can easily overlook the rather haphazard layouts of the store when you take into consideration that it is a discount store.

I have seen Cat and Jack clothes which I know is Target, members mark which is Sam's Club, as well as name brand items that can come from anywhere so you never know what you are going to see. BUT if you see something you like you better snatch it up then as things move quickly. I have walked out with aerogardens for $60 (regular price $120) and today I grabbed a full size tetherball set for the backyard for $100. Books are half off the cover price. I've purchased computer chairs, toys, clothes for adults and kids, shoes, protein shakes, etc etc etc. There is a Facebook page where they post their newest deals but just walking in on the regular will get you some great finds. This review is for the NEW location as they have recently expanded to a much larger warehouse! Just off of colonial and Forsyth now!

There was little in the way of computers, two behind the counter priced at $ 830, with no easy way to check out the specs. On several other things that I saw, that I was familiar with prices, nothing seemed like any great bargain to me. This place has no air conditioning and is a big broiler despite the fans, and is very much a warehouse in its presentation. That is ok but I would have expected to see more prices that were noticeably good. So I expect that stock changes , so worth a check if you are in the area, not a destination drive from The Villages.
