Terrible cashiers. Long wait lines while cashiers are just roaming around instead of tending to customers. Lately, the new cashier keeps cheating me by double charging for the same item. She's been ringing up one item twice. This has now happened to me a few times too many. read more

I just got home from here. It's still bothering me what happened. I wish I would've seen the ladies name tag. She was on the first register. I'm gonna say quite frankly that I'm Caucasian and she was not. Which absolutely does not matter to me, but apparently it did to her. Something I've noticed about the south and I always ask but this time didn't is the emptying of baskets while they are on the belt. The lady asked me to take my stuff out of my basket before she would touch it. It happened to me one other time out of hundreds at a grocery store when I first moved here, but it just doesn't sit right with me. Also I started to get a really sick stomach from something I must have ate while walking around and just wanted to get home. So I was not at all my usually peppy self. The baskets right there just take the stuff out and scan it. It's almost like they do that or say that to get a little kick out of watching someone do it I guess. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense to me. There was no one else in line with me so it could not have been to help to make the line faster. Except the gentleman in front of me - as I was taking my things out of the basket she must've thought that I had an attitude because I absolutely did not. And I guess I say gentlemen nicely because his assistance to her making jokes about how I need Jesus was not hidden. I was just taking my things out of the basket like she told me to do. Then she looked at the man in front of me and said something along the lines of "we gonna give them to Jesus yes sir, give them to Jesus" and then looked in my direction, laughed, rolled eyes and then he looked at me and they both continued to laugh and giggle and then he said "that's all you can do." They said a few other Jesus comments and laughed I can't remember what it was. By this point I just wanted to get home to the bathroom. I mean, come on right in front of my face. I'm not stupid. I know you were talking about me. I'm sorry that's where you work and you're miserable and that's your entertainment. I'm sorry that you have to unload baskets and scan them because it's your job. I'm sorry that you think that because I'm a different skin color than you that I probably I have an attitude because I clearly do not. You don't even know me. What I do have is my feelings hurt and I'm never coming back inside that store again. You could've just been nice. You could've just scanned the stuff and moved along. You asked me how I was today and I said good ma'am how are you? Clearly, I don't have a problem with you. EVEN when you insult me and ask me to do half your job for you AND laugh in my face. I'm sure your managers will listen to you say that I was angry and mean and all kinds of things because I'm not there to defend myself, but I wasn't. I was just a joke to you. Anyhow, skip the store and go somewhere a little nicer. There's a couple good ones on river that don't treat me like crap. read more

Came here to pickup some craft items for a school project. Found everything we needed plus more. Didn't realize there were so many food items available to purchase. Store was much larger than expected, well organized with signage, clean and friendly staff that kept the checkout line moving. This store is usually very busy, inventory everywhere in the store just a bad store in general. Wow! And wow this store has done a huge turn around! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and I saw everything organized and clean. They had everything stocked and in order. Whomever the manager in charge major kudos for cleaning up this store! You can now find all items, all the shelves were stocked with everything from Christmas items to thanksgiving and the new year. They had a variety of small Buddha figurines and elephants as well as Christmas globes and so much more! The art section was stocked with new items for children to get creative. From simple coloring books to creating canvas paintings. They are stocked! This is the time to get to the store is on Monday nights when they get their items out and you get first dibs on the merchandise. All items are just $1.00! Can't go wrong for the holidays for coworkers secret Santa and getting teachers a nice basket full of school goodies. I have to say once again this store went from utterly disgusting to beautiful and organized. read more

Stopped by this location for the first time yesterday, not the best decision I made. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the store is dimly lit and dingy looking. The back to school supplies are near the entrance. There's a nice variety of items and they are well organized. Other sections of the store, however, need to be restocked. A lot of the shelves were empty or close to being empty. For the most part, the store seemed like it could use some organizing. I was looking for a particular item, which I couldn't find. I walked around the entire store looking for assistance but couldn't find anyone. Ugh! So I went back to the front. Only one line was open and the line was long. I saw another associate but she ended up opening a second register, which was good for all the people waiting. But I ended up leaving. I don't think I'll visit this store again. read more

Ugh. Where do I even start? I know it's Dollar Tree, but..... The store was a mess. I only took one picture of it, but I could've taken pictures of the whole store and they all would've looked the same - items all over the shelves (even on the floor!) and trash everywhere - you could hardly move around. I remember why I hate going to this store. I was looking for cheap stuff I could use for the new school year, but only found one thing. I went to the checkout line, said hello to the girl working, and she barely acknowledged me. However, she did talk to the person behind me after I had paid. Odd. I don't expect a lot from a dollar store, but this place was awful. read more

I have been to this store many times and I had no idea it closed at 7. The lady who was in charge on 9/8/2022 was a joke. She was slamming the doors on people a few mins before they closed. She yelled across the store at me that I had 2 mins and the cash registers were closing and I couldn't check out. The boy at the register was super nice to me. He logged back in and let me check out. He asked for help and she rolled her eyes and said "I guess I can" while she was eating a Reese's and touching the register with her nasty chocolate covered hands. She unlocked the door and let me out. I don't know how she ever leveled up to this position, but whoever is in charge of her needs to reconsider. read more

Lots of cool stuff for just a $1, clean and convenient location for me to go during lunch break from work. You can almost spend too much after picking up this and that for a $1, before you know it, the basket fills up quick with snacks, pet stuff, toiletries...you name it, they probably got it for a buck. read more

I went to this store looking for an item that was not available in stores by me. Sadly this was a one of the WORST dollar tree in the area. Dirty, never organized. The ONLY plus-- Cashier was nice. I'd never go there again. One trip was enough. There are far better locations close by. I called a couple of people who live nearby and they said that was normal for this location. They also state that they travel to other stores because the of the poor condition of the store. read more
