There are many aisles loaded with placemats, glassware, bedding, home decor and even dog items. I found my usual dog bags for half off here. There isn't a ton of staff, but when I need something , there is someone near by to ask. They have a good selection of pieces at discounted prices. There is always a deal you can find.

It's easy to find items that you need here. But the real reason I'm writing this review is that a staff member, Susan, went above and beyond for me a week ago. I had a horrible dining experience near West Towne Mall, and was crying in the store when Susan saw me and gave me a hug. She didn't worry if I had COVID or that I was a stranger she didn't know - she simply did the next right thing. For that, Susan deserves a gold medal, or at least a 5-star review. Dollar Tree-Mineral Point Road, keep doing what you do. Keep being friendly and kind. I will certainly understand if you're short-staffed and have to be closed early one day. You are worth it!

The clothing section is well organized, however the home section, is absolutely out of control. I felt like I was in wonderland and didn't drink the correct potion. Until I got to checkout. The cashier didn't say hello even when I said hello.. Didnt tell me my total.. Didnt say thank you or goodbye even when I said it to her. Essentially I checked myself out. She was too busy talking to her co worker who was also ignoring her customer. Sucks to give a lower star rating but these two ruined it for everyone else.

We recently moved to the northern part of WI and closest Costco is 2.5 hrs away. We bought a membership to Sam's Club only an hour away but after shopping there a couple of times we elected to travel to Costco and make a day of it. But, now we are heading to FL for 4 months and no Costco. . I value and trust Costco and their deli foods taste better than Sam's also. We had to return some recalled Carrots and lucky for us we did not have a line to wait in. We did self check out as we only had 4 items. Busy store but we were able to get in and out fairly quick.
