Multiple times, I've had employees ignore that I was at the front waiting for several minutes for checkout -- like they have looked at me, made eye contact, and kept doing their task without coming to the front or contacting anyone else to do so. They also don't wrap fragile items even if I ask them repeatedly to wrap fragile items and throwing them in thin fabric clothing doesn't cut it. I'm always wary about this and now I carry packing paper to do it myself in the car afterwards, which is ridiculous with Goodwill prices. They clearly use Google lens to make pricing decisions based on active listings, not actual sales. They get their merchandise for free, so the significant up charges and pricing make me angry and feel exploitative, at minimum. I have found other thrift stores and don't go here much anymore.

This is a very clean Goodwill. They have items organized nicely around the store. The bins of…read morelittle kids clothing items is a bit clunky. Much easier to find sizes when they had them hung up on racks. There was a large variety of household items and Christmas stuff (1/2 off). I love the drive-through donation drop off here. We had a truckload of stuff, so this made it really easy to drop off stuff and then head into the store right after. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their prices on gently used stuff is pretty great. Perfect for Halloween costume time and for ugly holiday sweater season. You don't feel like you are breaking the bank when you want to wear something only once.

I'm no longer a customer of this Target due to such slow drive up service and getting rotten food…read moreevery other purchase. I have waited 15 minutes for a drive up, even when I press the "on my way" button. The employee pushing the carts is usually super nice, but the manager should be offering people something for how long they wait. They also bring out one order at a time, it's a huge waste of employee time and energy. We once went and one of us went in to grab something while the other waited in pickup and he was able to buy 3 things from grocery and the drive up order wasn't out by the time he got back! Another 10 minutes -- we went in to get the order ourselves. Last night I went to returns, and 6 employees walked by and around me, the manager came up to two other employees and not one of them helped me until someone brought keys to the customer in front of me.

If you are like me you continually look for best prices, selection and quality. This store has collard greens and FAGE 5% plus some great prices on quality produce. I stopped here for these items and also found a few other bargains. I don't know about other aspects of this store but for key items it is my go to place.

While helping my boyfriend browse we noticed a lot of shirts in the men's section were actually women's - it seems that any plaid shirt gets sent to the men's area, regardless of cut or Ws on the tags. *shrug* The best find on our visit was probably the toy section - there were a few vintage Fisher-Price pieces that were around $2 each - a quick search of eBay put them around $10-20. I kind of regret not picking up the FP radio just because it's a fun nostalgia piece. The checkout was efficient and the teens working had good customer service skills - eye contact, thank yous, etc. This location is a bit out of the way, but I may venture back sometime to check for more underpriced vintage goodies.

One observation (for this shopper) is that the current mix of vendors feels saturated by vintage clothing (if that's your thing, get over there asap) and cluttered 1960s-1970s booths. This trend probably reflects the customer demographic, though, so I get it. I see a lot more college and older 20-somethings shopping there, and that's nice to see.
