I came in 2 days ago to actually shop for a pair of shorts. As I was checking out, I had asked a worker what they were looking for in terms of styles. I was told men's clothes (which I will mention was emphasized) and summer clothes. I came in today with items the worker had just described to me as needed (including Lulu Lemon, Urban Outfitters, and other "on trend" brands). They took 3 men's shirts that my boyfriend destroyed. I honestly was thinking those would be passed on. The other 4 bags worth of clothes I was told were "too worn" or "not what they're looking for". After leaving, I noticed my clothes were still folded the way I had before bringing them in. Not to mention they mixed up my bags with my mother's bags and told me that "ya that happens".
