The store layout was goofy, there was only one open lane, and the mixed check-out line consisted of people with cartloads of groceries, or several others clutching only a few items. No lane for 10 items or less. You had to pay for your cart, there was no one on duty to pack your bags, bags you had to purchase. They kept short business hours, closed on Sundays, and lights out by 7pm week nights. How does all of this add up to a successful business?! A business I just claimed to love? Its their products, prices, and continued growth that keeps me going back. I rarely come across a product that I consider below my standards. Aldi's is a great place to shop, even if it doesn't add up to the norms of what the grocery shopping experience was designed to be.

To note, there is another Sheetz located in Latrobe, but it is up in town which meant you would have to head off the direct route, basically making a detour. Maybe at most a two mile difference between the two, but the feel of the both are very different. With the new location you have all the brand new additions you come across. Once it is allowed, eating in house looks like it will be a decent experience. The seating area appears to be open and welcoming, situated at the from of the store. If you need to do work while you are here it appears that there are seating areas that will afford you access to outlets, both conventional and USB. As for the store portion, it has everything you have come to know Sheetz to carry. With it being new the custom has become to have a beer cooler section. This one does not disappoint. Carrying a variety of wine, not only beer, you can make this a one stop shop for your needs. As for the food service, with it being new there are a few hiccups. For the fast food pace it took a minute to get the order straight, and at that point of the day, I was the only ordering food. What I had ordered needed utensils but I was not given any. But what was lacking was made up for in customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was in the know with where my food was in the process.

I don't think I have ever had a rude sales associate at any Tractor Supply stores. The employees have been friendly and willing to help me find some obscure item my husband usually needs. Also, I like that they have clinics for your pets and that pets are welcome in the store.

Also it would be a nice respite from the heat stepping in somewhere that had the AC running. This CVS is situated on a busy intersection on Route 30 in Latrobe. It actually sits on the corner of what used to be a drive in theater. We all remember when that drive in had on their sign "We did not sale to Target." Instead, they had this corner go to CVS. Although CVS does not take a lot of room on the lot, they made it a decent sized store with a pharmacy drive thru. Inside the store is well organized and clean. Allowing you to find exactly what you need and make your way on your day. I did browse a bit while in here just to see if there was anything I might need and didn't have in mind. After I browsed, grabbed what I needed, and had enough of the comforting AC, I made my way to the registers. I had a bit of a wait, because out of the number of registers they had, they only had one register open. Once the line started to be moving, it was smooth sailing.

But my mother gets her prescriptions here and sometimes I pick them up. Sometimes I have to talk to the pharmacists. I've never had a problem here... everybody's helpful, friendly and patience. As far as the ladies in the front of the store? I see them all the time. In fact, they've taken my business from everybody else. This is an excellent store. I actually feel fairly comfortable going here. And trust me... I do not like going to the store. The lighting is horrible though. That's true. It's only place that's worse than Wallgreens. I'm in and out pretty quickly. But then again, the whole world has gone flickering fluorescent or LED.
