I absolutely hate this place, and won't be back anytime soon…read more The vast parking lot is a mess -- trash and potholes everywhere. The interior is open, spacious, and clean. That's good. But, the shelves are pure chaos. Not because customers put things back in the wrong places. There just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the products' positions on the shelves. I was specifically looking for some organizer bins/baskets/containers. That aisle made my head hurt! Things weren't grouped by color, or by like item. I saw a cute set of desk organizer baskets I liked, but they were not the color I wanted. I searched for the ones I wanted, and saw how everything seemed to be haphazardly placed. I sometimes don't mind chaos, but in a store aisle dedicated to organization, I do, in fact, mind chaos. We did end up buying a small toy which was on clearance. I let my son stand in line while I looked at some things on a shelf near the registers. There was one cashier, and she very rudely snipped at my son for standing in line behind the other customer, instead of behind the "wait here" sign. (This was in 2026. No Covid, no pandemic. My kid can read, but he overlooked the sign and stood where he would/should at any other store.) Overall, this is not the worst store, but it doesn't have anything special, and I left feeling bad, which is not what I want from a shopping experience.

It's incredibly uncomfortable and literally falling apart in less than a year. I have no clue how this is their most popular couch! The fabric is fraying and splitting. It needed repaired since it broke within 1 week of owning it!!! I've never ever owned a worse set of furniture! It looks older than the 10 year old couch I replaced and it's less than a year!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM LAZ-E- BOY. We paid $3000 for a couch and loveseat. I paid way less for the Levin set we gave away to fam and it looked newer. I literally hurt my back and neck sitting on it daily watching the fabric quickly fall apart. Not only is it ripping it's also looking super worn!!!!! LESS THAN A YEAR. We were on the hunt for a new hall table of sorts. Having just remodeled our kitchen we wanted to…read moreupdate the hall adjacent to it. We did a little online searching and came across a perfectly sized blue table with grey drawers sold here at Kirkland's. Having never been here, I wasn't very clear on where to go. We wondered around the store looking for this table when low and behold we look up at some point to see it displayed high up on a platform. I guess this creates more floor room but not super convenient to get to. We get an associate and express the interest in purchasing it. We are then told it's on clearance and is the last one available. I asked if there was anything wrong with it, and was told no, so SOLD. Now we have to wait for someone to get it off the wall. This proved pretty challenging oddly enough. So this store reminds me of a cheaper version of Pier One. Lots of cute home décor items, some small furniture and other various items.
