But, the shelves are pure chaos. Not because customers put things back in the wrong places. There just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the products' positions on the shelves. I was specifically looking for some organizer bins/baskets/containers. That aisle made my head hurt! Things weren't grouped by color, or by like item. I saw a cute set of desk organizer baskets I liked, but they were not the color I wanted. I searched for the ones I wanted, and saw how everything seemed to be haphazardly placed. I sometimes don't mind chaos, but in a store aisle dedicated to organization, I do, in fact, mind chaos. We did end up buying a small toy which was on clearance. I let my son stand in line while I looked at some things on a shelf near the registers. There was one cashier, and she very rudely snipped at my son for standing in line behind the other customer, instead of behind the "wait here" sign. (This was in 2026. No Covid, no pandemic. My kid can read, but he overlooked the sign and stood where he would/should at any other store.) Overall, this is not the worst store, but it doesn't have anything special, and I left feeling bad, which is not what I want from a shopping experience.

You know those places that claim to be vintage and then only have super ugly lame vintage no one wants? This place carries loads and loads of really awesome vintage, all in really great condition too! There's a large amount of kitchen accessories. I really fell in love with a white and red polka dot 21 piece "chocolate" set. It's pretty much a tea or coffee set, but the owner explained to me it's from England and they used it for hot chocolate. All I know is I just wanted it in my kitchen, asap! The price was around $120, which shocked me a bit, but I understand...it's vintage...we're not dealing with modern mod at Target! I also thought their selection of living room was amazing. There were two really fabulous pieces worth mentioning. A yellow love seat with white piping in great condition and a wooden den chair with teal cushions that looked very Frank Llyod Wright without the square angles. I was surprised/happy to see some vintage clothing, purses, shoes and jewelry. It was a small selection, but good quality, none the less. There was also the many chotchkies laying around, some cool, like colored vases and others rando's, like weird looking figurines. The owner was incredibly friendly, and showed me around the different sections of the store and explaining different things to me by decade. I cannot wait to visit this store when I'm decorating a house, although I know I"ll have to space it out with the prices, it is a MUST on the list for unique vintage items!

The layout is very well done with entire aisles dedicated to pillows or vases... so you can quickly see tons of options and styles! Unfortunately, we scan the tags and can usually find the same items at other stores or on Amazon for a better price. Also, the Monroeville location rarely gets any of the viral items that HomeGoods will post. Most recently, the Thomas Kinkade framed paintings... they never came to this store. As we approach the holiday, we stopped by to peruse the seasonal aisles. An entire wall dedicated to tree skirts - we saw some styles that we will look up on Amazon now. Three aisles dedicated to Christmas pillows, and we found the brand that we will now buy!

It's still working and it reliefs my pain. The good thing is this massage chair is small and very affordable. They have a Cafe now. I had a coffee and a ice cream. It was so delicious.

The second delivery for the replacement sofa was made, they arrived and would not bring it thru my sliding glass doors.. .I am on the first floor maybe 4 ft. from ground, and they refused to lean it against the balcony railing and pull it into the living room from the patio. This is their customer service...... this company is extremely horrible. Go elsewhere. I would give them 0 stars, but had to select 1 star.
