This place is so great that I've purchased a high top table with chairs, four more chairs for another wine cork table, swivel bar stools, three more stools and a coffee table for my media room. The delivery people are top notch and everything is wrapped up nicely. I love that you can pick your wood, stain and they have catalogs to look at. Was interested in Amish furniture and finding out some information, received some print outs and came in the next day. Lyn was the only one there and wasn't at all helpful, was quite sarcastic, irritable and it was obvious she had no desire to help but, in fact, told me several times I needed to go somewhere else!! Her dismissive attitude continued, she told me right away I couldn't put a table base under a butcher block, saying curtly I had to have a cabinet when only the previous day another clerk showed me the table base in a catalog which clearly showed the butcher block as an alternative top sold separately. She had to admit I was right about that as well as several other things, such as higher prices than told the prior day, a 45.00/150.00 delivery charge, I was told 40.00/95.00 only the previous day, when questioned was sharply told it depends on how many items, so I asked ok, then how many items, as I was PLANNING on possibly getting several. It was painful, just trying to get a few questions about the items I wanted to purchase answered, the only thing she did like telling me when I asked when the other workers who had helped me would be in, was that SHE was the manager, SHE made the schedule and there was no refunds for any reason at all. I asked about chair prices, she said "Look on the tags!" Even though I came in first, another customer came in later and she spent much more time with them and didn't even give me my quote if I had wanted to leave, then when I asked for it, she was busy, didn't answer me, was printing things out for the other customer and my quote wasn't showing the same amount as what was on the printout from the day before, and I guess she thought she would insult me or something and sarcastically blurted "Well I saved you five dollars!!" Wow. The only reason I pointed it out was because of all the inconsistent pricing issues and hassle. Needless to say, I called another Amish dealer, got my questions answered right away and treated respectfully. (Lyn) does a disservice to the Amish. I'm giving it 3 stars simply because the other workers were great and the furniture is fantastic, but customer service needs to be taken into consideration when it's at this poor of a level. read more

VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE. The Dinning Room table came a different color than the chairs. The bar stools that we ordered came without foot rests. So we ordered and paid for foot rests then when they came they were not the color of the bar stools. They were approx 2 shades lighter than the rest of the wood. When I asked Lyn for her help with the situation she told me I needed to find someone to stain the railings for the foot rests. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.. read more
