They always have the fun party supplies with the best selection of colors at the best prices...why pay more?

The lines are so long . There is one cashier at the registers and maybe 4 other workers in the store , who will not come to help cashier unless a customer gets upset that they are maybe the 20th person in line and want to check out. They never answer the phone when you call there .. the store is a wreck ..unfortunately for us it's the only one in kingman. We have to drive to bullhead city if we need anything .. read more

In the 5 years I've lived in Kingman, this store has become the worst place to shop. 1. It looks like the floors have never been mopped. 2. The last time I was in there a week ago, someone swept the floor, but all the dirt and trash were left in a corner of the store next to merchandise. 3. Shelves are dusty and dirty with spills not wiped up. 4. Boxes of merchandise in the aisles unopened or open and stock not put away. 5. Only one cashier when there is a very long line. 6. Shelves are not straightened so it's a hodgepodge of what is there. The only reason I do go there now is that they have a good selection of greeting cards. read more

This store needs some new management. The store is Messy half the shelves are empty and the employees aren't very friendly, I don't know maybe they are short handed but that's no excuse for rude employees who act like they hate their job and you are bothering them, to top it off the person who check us out had team leader on her badge. I don't shop there much anymore only if I know for sure they have A particular item that I want. I hope they make improvement soon. read more

This morning (12/21/2021) at appx 10:30 am, the manager of the Kingman store proceeded to berate and belittle an employee until he turned in his badge and left in tears. I, along with all of the other store staff members and patrons were able to hear her quite literally yell at this employee for 10 solid minutes. She stated at one point "I have dealt with children that are more competent than you" along with many other belittling remarks about his performance at an elevated volume. Hands down the most unprofessional handling of internal employee discipline that I have ever witnessed, no privacy whatsoever. Appalling and shameful behavior on part of the area manager, all in an effort to impress corporate who was supposedly visiting today. read more

I have been in there several times where the manager has been talking rudely to employees and she even accused me of going through and unpacking boxes which I would never do. I am 66 years old and have worked in the customer service industry for 50 years. Very tacky with all the tats and a butt crack in front of everyone staff and most of all customers. read more

Do not like to be critical, but this store manager has to place priorities on customers. Friday, Aug. 6 stopped by for some batteries for home use. They have but two sizes AA and C. That needs some attention. Walking out, I did notice a line of 10 people at the single register open at the noon time hour. Give me a break. This one person was stuck servicing customers, when there were three people stocking the Halloween Decorations display area. Check the calendar, Halloween is like 60 days into the future. During lunch time, people run errands and even purchase inexpensive food in a place like this store. They are also under pressure to return to the work site on time. The manager of the store need to focus on customer service and Customer Frist. Sad. Really sad. read more

The cashiers should be paid $1 if they are going to put in effort equivalent to that amount. I really don't know what people expect though because it is a dollar tree... They usually suck. read more

I love this location b/c the staff is nice and they have a good selection of frozen foods. Also, during all the covid bs they were not mask nazis harassing people so they earned my business for life. Somebody running the place has a brain. I have never had any problems with the cashiers here they are very friendly to me. read more

I wish I could give less than one star. When we walked in we said hi to them and the two ladies, one old lady and the other a younger girl just stared us down. The old one had a mask that was literal mesh and sparkly. Absolutely no protection whatsoever. These ladies were both disgusting and awful. If you are cautious of covid, do not go here. read more

Dollar tree used to have a warm friendly staff. Not anymore, go elsewhere. I purchased 3 movies, these were still sealed and unopened; I explained with a title of multiple movies (several movies in one) unless you have a remote you cannot view them. All I wanted to do is exchange them. However your store manager "Bonnie," was rude, unhelpful and most of all unprofessional. I requested the district manager's phone number, she refused. I asked for corporates number she refused. I understand there are rules but there is a nice way and a rude way of explaining policy to a customer. I mean who really ever exchanges items at a dollar store? Personally, I have once or twice, but not very often. I will find my receipt, I will exchange them, and never return. Dollar Tree has lost my business. There is no way I would tolerate that treatment from anyone ever. It's a shame you used (key word "used to" past tense) to have a great staff, this is no longer the case. I have many options by just shopping elsewhere. read more

Well I went in with a couple coupons for 75cents off a item, when the cashier scanned it it beeped, the mgr came over and started being very rude, I said it is the right product right size I dont understand than she got even more loud and rude and said she dont no why and cant help me, it was very embarrassing because they had a very long line due to her and a different working being in the back of the store talking about cloths and a mother worker, as one person was stocking. I asked for her mgr contact information she rudely said I dont give that out I said when she works and your store number ? She said call in the Morning the numbers online I than asked for corporate number and her name to be written down she said look it up online than I ask for the coupon policy she did she didn't have to let me see it , I would love to know your coupon policy as I shop there every month spending at least 60 to 100 $ and i figure that's information a customer can have, she than continued to tell me and her coworker that it doesn't matter and everytime someone calls corporate she gets a promotion and laughed than as I'm working out she's talking about me and how everything's a dollar it's cheap to use a coupon pretty much saying I was being cheap and hold up her line I shop her every holiday for 5 kids I do most off all my back to school here and that's how I'm going to be treated! Went into here with two friends went down maybe 3 aisles, then we could hear the cashier Joann "whispering" to two other cashiers to "watch us" and the she "can't prove it". We had a bag from Gamestop which is next door. If that was the issue, she could have said something to us. I work retail too, I know policies are policies. But nothing was mention until we went to the register and we were asked what's in our bag. She could have done that from the beginning and told us to leave the bag up front. This was the first time in my life I felt that this was due to race. What other reason from the MOMENT we walked in she was on us? Once they saw what we had in our bag the other two cashiers left. Always out of what I want-claiming they never had the product in stock when I've bought it there before

Employees are rude, unfriendly, and not helpful. Store has shelves that are mainly empty and never get stocked, there is always boxes in the isle way. Has a reputation for blaming employees and customers of stealing but never has any proof or do they call the police. Trust me save yourself the headache and shop at the 99 cent only store, get better service and better deals anyway! read more
