Before doing so, I specifically asked if my card would be charged twice, and I was assured it would not. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was charged twice for the same items. When I brought this to the store's attention, they refused to issue a refund and even went as far as to justify the duplicate charge to my credit card company. Only one of the transactions has a signature, and the second charge appears under a different system ("SQ Southeastern Salvage"), which raises additional concerns. I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the store manager, but they insisted both charges were valid. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their receipts and credit card statements when shopping here.

The back of the store upstairs is nothing to brag about really. The gentleman at the desk with the beard was very helpful. There is no theater at all, only video booths. The front 5 or 6 were just regular ones and toward the back were they fun ones. Lets just say they are very interactive with one another. The cliental varies, couples 8 to 11 on fridays and saturdays. After 11 well you get what you get and honestly it was enough that we left the place due to the creeps. My wife really wanted to check out this boutique and was really impressed with what they had to offer. They had discounts outside the front door to lure you inside. Once inside they had sales that could be found through out the store with a clearance area in the back. They had a nice selection of all types of clothes (in the process of clearing out winter and moving into spring apparel). They also had a few shoes, purses and a little bit of jewelry if you're interested. Staff was friendly and the fitting rooms were open!!! Store was clean and prices were good. As I have been coming in their employees have got where they are no longer friendly. If you are in the circle of their favorites yes but if you are just a regular customer, they are not friendly at all. They will walk by you and not even acknowledge you there. Then you have one employee there ( I dont know her name) she has longer blonde hair and usually when I see her it is in a pony tail. She is rude and unbelievably unprofessional. I have seen a older lady ask her for a better deal on an item and she looked at her and said "NO". It is not that she said no I stood there and listen cause when I heard her say that in a snappy way I wanted to see what was said next. The older lady asked her who priced the items because they were priced little high. The blonde lady looked at her and said I did (and kind of gave her a smirk) and I am not changing the price. She didn't have to be rude about it. Some people can't afford expensive items that is why they shop at thrift stores. So for someone to ask for a deal and be talked to in a rude manner is really disturbing to me. This is a Christian thrift store so why do we have to be rude just because someone asked for a better price. Months ago, I could come in this building and turn a bad day into a good one with the positive attitudes from employees but now I come in and already in a good mood and it actually pulls me down because it is not the same the rude people and the way no one wants to talk to the customers. And goodness knows you have the money since you often price items for more then the original price. You might want to revisit your senior discount. 10% pales in comparison to the 25% offered by a competitor. Make these changes and shopping will be a much more pleasant experience.
