This is the location on Westheimer- Also, I noticed that this location only allows Hispanics the opportunity to use the restroom. I had another issue with this store on Northside. The manager and cashier gave very bad customer service.. I had just purchased a jacket-that was a gift, when I realised the tag was missing. I asked to exchange it for one with a tag and the manager was very rude! Eventually, I was given the item with the tag, however, their attitude was quite demeaning. It was as though they felt they were doing me a favor- I WAS STILL AT THE CHECK OUT REGISTER AS THOUGH ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING!!! This location refused to give me their names or the area manager's contact information...I'm still upset and I'm hoping to hear from the area manager for both location, hopefully through this platform.

Next time I come here I'm visiting with my lawyer husband and will make them give me whatever they advertise specified or not. They better be very careful with their wording and the signs that they leave up.. They've had these up since 10/22/2025?!?! Also, the Huggies, wet wipes were still shrink wrapped on the pallet and had no pricing. When I went up and asked they were oblivious as to what I was talking about?!? I think I'm going to stop going to Ollie's. They need to have better cameras/eyes as far as customer shoplifting. I saw an older lady with a walker that was hunched over stuffing things in her purse. Since I don't own or operate a food service, those merchandise won't attract my attention. The only thing I could consider buying is stuff in smaller quantities. So, I would come back on a long journey here, if I return to North Golden Sun Plaza one of these days.
