I went in 5 hours later(after I bought my item), the sales associate couldn't find it. So I grabbed what I bought and continued to shop. As I go to pay for my other items, the manager is looking for my order. Well the scanner was broken, computer running slow and 2 scanners weren't charging. As I show them my email confirmation that it was bought, they kept making up excuses. They never got the order, scanner is broken. Now I am standing there with a line of customers listening to this manager try to find her way to lie out of this. I didnt hesitate to handle it for them! I loudly told the employees if they knew how to run a register they should know how to put together an order, that this wouldnt of even happened. Now they dont believe me I bought it from the houma store. Once again I had to show them black and white, then the manager tells me looks like have no orders. Customers were walking out of the store bc they saw the manager lying to me and I was about to walk out with the item I purchased already. Well the manager acted like I wasn't playing. I grabbed my item and said this is bullshit!!! I made sure the customers behind me knew what was going on. So as I go to buy this item AGAIN. I tokd my daughter to grab another one bc It was basically buy 2 for the price of one!!! I told the manager that there's a reason no one comes into this trashy ass store, bc they do not know how to do anything right.
