When we arrived into the store we were not greeted at all by anyone, no one said welcome or how may I help you, when clearly a customer of another race had just walked out of the store and was smiling and laughing with the staff. There were several people standing behind the counter and no one said anything. It was a feeling of despise and unwelcome; almost as though why are "yall" here? I then walked around the store to look for an item for my baby, I said excuse me 3x to this girl behind the counter with the purple TIGERS shirt on and she ignored me until my mom said "mam she has a question," she then turned around and said in the nastiest tone, "mam we dont sell that here." And turned back around and continued restocking behind the counter with her back turned. My mom told me we need to get out of here IMMEDIATELY! Sadly and disappointingly We left after that experience and will NEVER be back. I unfollowed their establishment on FB and will never look forward to purchasing anything from them in my entire lifeeeee!!! I was so hurt, because I didnt understand how people could be so mean and offer horrible customer service. As well as pre-judge me according to my race and prior experiences they have had already. Its unfair, cruel, and just outright OUTDATED. All in all, please kill the hatred according to people's skin color and run your business!! Stop judging folks and do your job with the GRACE of God. I pray God blesses your business despite the color of your hearts and for judging my family like we were going to steal or cause harm. Do better next time, because not all black people are the same. I was greeted by a friendly fella, Cullen. As I browsed and picked up some tops to try on, he suggested a pair of jeans. Okay, sure. I'll try them. Cullen got me a fitting room started as I continued browsing and then I met Dee, who asked me a couple of questions (such as size, eeeek!) and added a few more things to my room. I started trying on the things I picked out, of course. As I did so, the guys kept hanging recommended items over the door and a couple pairs of shoes to try on. I have been to plenty of stores where the associates bombard you with all of THEIR favorites. I rarely have much success with this kind of help. But let me tell you THESE. GUYS. NAILED. IT. They conversed with me. They LISTENED to me. And then they found some awesome clothes that I would have normally just looked right past. I happily dropped a few hundred bucks consisting entirely of their recommendations. I am a huge fan of these fellas.

A visit to Betty White Jewelers always seems to brighten my day because they really care about their customers. They always take a genunine interest in their customers, which helps create a better experience when shopping for jewelery. Their head jeweler, Timothy White is a master at his craft. I mean that. He does many custom pieces of jewerly or metal work in a very detailed fashion. If you can imagine it, Timmy can create it! He does custom engravings, also. Oftentimes, I will find some type of jewelery that I like at another Jewelery store or online, show it to the jeweler, and he will get me a better deal on a simliar item of much higher quality. I really appreciate that personal aspect of this business. For example, I found a pearl ring that I really liked at Zales for about $90. I always had good experiences with Betty White Jewelers in the past, so I sent Timmy an email with a link to the ring to see if he could find me a better deal. Sure enough, he did. He looked diligently for me, and when I did not like the first ring he sent me... he sent me multiple others. He did not stop searching until I was satisfied. I know the business also has many other items for various occasions such as gift items for Mardi Gras krewes, wedding and anniversary gifts, birthstone rings, charm bracelets, glassware... I've seen it all in the store. So for a very perosonable experience where you'll not just be buying jewerly but being cared about by the employees, I reccommend Betty White Jewelers.
