I went to Louis Mohana and purchased the same dresser, and it was delivered in 2 days! Dresser arrived in perfect condition. All staff at the store were very helpful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, the dresser was priced higher than I paid at Ashley. Our sales associate attempted to match the price of the dresser, but they were unable to match Ashley's price. However, to receive the dresser within 2 days helped us decide to still go with this dresser, even though we paid more. In the future I will shop Louis Mohana for the convenience of receiving furniture as promised and in a timely manner.

In the back you will find grills, barbecues and the infamous green egg not far from patio furnishings and patio umbrellas.....There is also a baby section with every kind of baby gift for that new cutie patootie arrival. A small pet or animal lover section that had themed items from dog bowls to weenie dog shaped pens. The best section was in the extreme back in the clearance area where I spotted Halloween items at 75% off and colorful platters marked down to $12.00. There was literally hundreds of wonderful gifts at bargain basement prices. It's located on Corporate drive which runs behind the ever crowded MLK Blvd that's teaming with your typical chains, so it was an absolute delight to find this gem. I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. I purchased a sofa about a year ago and they insisted I buy the extended warranty. The 1st one they delivered had a piece of the arm missing. The 2nd one had dry rotted fabric that kept tearing. When I contacted the warranty company they refused any service. I went into the Houma store to see about a refund on the warranty or another sofa and the 1st manager Mr. Darcy said he would give me the one in their breakroom. It was saggy, faded, and dirty. The other manager Courtney said she would get me a replacement sofa for my defective one. Week after week passed and every time I checked in with her she would make excuses. The last time I went into the store this 400 pound lady sitting behind the sales desk scarfing down a bag of chips lied to me and said Courtney wasn't there but just a few minutes later Courtney called me saying she was in the store and would "check" on the replacement again. Again it was a lie. I am buying a new home with a $10,000 budget for furniture and I will not be going back to Ashley nor will I buy any Ashley product from other furniture stores. They just lost a customer for life.

The did have this really strange semi 80's want to be modern or of Italian design but looks like a cheap knock off.....horrible. The staff was nice enough, but knew that i was looking only and disappeared immediately. I won't be going back, BUT if I was on a tight budget or a new home dweller, the prices are cheap and there is something for everyone. It was a very painless transaction, we paid in full and was told that the delivery would take 12-16 weeks; so, we were pleasantly surprised when we learned that we were receiving the chair on week 9. That is where the positive experience ended. The chair was delivered broken, on a Friday, when their service department is closed. I called and left a detailed message, but did not receive a call back on Monday - when the department reopened. I called on Tuesday and was told that I would receive a call the following week to set up a service date. I had not received a call by the following Wednesday, so I called back. I was told that the service guy was on the delivery truck this week and would not be available to service until next week. So here I am at week 3 of having a broken chair and no date set for a repair. I would have preferred to have the chair delivered at week 12 in working condition, over a delivery of a broken chair that is just taking room up in my living room for 3 weeks, at week 9.
