It's a small time hardware store with limited supplies....like one of many things....It took me awhile to compromise on what I was able to use for what I had to do, but they had it...lol of the four items, 2 were the only ones in stock....The people who work there are super nice and very helpful....This store has a bit of everything from usual hardware, to bicycles (there were two cool ass sun yellow crusiers on sale), lawnmowers, house flags (hpf...), cajun cookware, etc. It's not Lowe's or the Home Depot, but I still admire a local joint and try to buy local when I can. They had some cheap spray paint ;O that I may go pick up another day, but it looked a million years old......give it a look and always try to support local!

I called once and the lady said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called yet again a week or so later and another lady said she would call right back, instead I get an email the next day stating that I would have to ship the whole pot and lid back at my cost as well as I would have to pay cost to have a new one sent to me. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

I bought a recliner that I needed so badly for a health condition. One of the armrests came apart…read morefrom the recliner and I called them. They came and got the recliner, and ordered a part. I was in a lot of pain due to past injuries and I explained to them that I really needed this particular chair that supported my back. They had ordered the part but it hadn't arrived. So, they harvested a part from one of their new recliners in their store and had their repairman fix my chair. I am so grateful that they listened to me and had compassion and got my chair back to me! It is this little thing that gives me comfort in my otherwise painful life. They have all been so nice and so helpful! A visit to Betty White Jewelers always seems to brighten my day because they really care about their customers. They always take a genunine interest in their customers, which helps create a better experience when shopping for jewelery. Their head jeweler, Timothy White is a master at his craft. I mean that. He does many custom pieces of jewerly or metal work in a very detailed fashion. If you can imagine it, Timmy can create it! He does custom engravings, also. Oftentimes, I will find some type of jewelery that I like at another Jewelery store or online, show it to the jeweler, and he will get me a better deal on a simliar item of much higher quality. I really appreciate that personal aspect of this business. For example, I found a pearl ring that I really liked at Zales for about $90. I always had good experiences with Betty White Jewelers in the past, so I sent Timmy an email with a link to the ring to see if he could find me a better deal. Sure enough, he did. He looked diligently for me, and when I did not like the first ring he sent me... he sent me multiple others. He did not stop searching until I was satisfied. I know the business also has many other items for various occasions such as gift items for Mardi Gras krewes, wedding and anniversary gifts, birthstone rings, charm bracelets, glassware... I've seen it all in the store. So for a very perosonable experience where you'll not just be buying jewerly but being cared about by the employees, I reccommend Betty White Jewelers. I'll definitely keep going back.
