I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

It's a small time hardware store with limited supplies....like one of many things....It took me awhile to compromise on what I was able to use for what I had to do, but they had it...lol of the four items, 2 were the only ones in stock....The people who work there are super nice and very helpful....This store has a bit of everything from usual hardware, to bicycles (there were two cool ass sun yellow crusiers on sale), lawnmowers, house flags (hpf...), cajun cookware, etc. It's not Lowe's or the Home Depot, but I still admire a local joint and try to buy local when I can. They had some cheap spray paint ;O that I may go pick up another day, but it looked a million years old......give it a look and always try to support local!

The employees at the Harvey location was rude and didn't seem like they care. Do business with a company who wants your business! Is all I'm saying. They came to measure with all this state-of-the-art equipment. When the installers came out, they were friendly, experienced, efficient and professional. I can only comment on customer service…read more I went here today looking for a granite slab for my dad's new office cabinets. They even pulled a cabinet selection similar to what is being installed for me to compare to. I put down the deposit (half the total), and left. My dad decided a few hours later that he didn't want the granite and sent me back to get a refund. There was no issue with the refund. I felt bad that I had to ask after just placing the order, but the transaction was handled smoothly and without issue.
