This is definitely NOT your big box home improvement center. If you ask the staff for a particular item, without hesitation they walk you to exactly where the item is located. I like that small town hospitality..... As an Artist, I find myself in hardware stores all the time and love that I can get a few needed items without driving into one of the bigger cities close by. They have a little bit of everything and will certainly have what you need to get the job done.....

It's a small time hardware store with limited supplies....like one of many things....It took me awhile to compromise on what I was able to use for what I had to do, but they had it...lol of the four items, 2 were the only ones in stock....The people who work there are super nice and very helpful....This store has a bit of everything from usual hardware, to bicycles (there were two cool ass sun yellow crusiers on sale), lawnmowers, house flags (hpf...), cajun cookware, etc. It's not Lowe's or the Home Depot, but I still admire a local joint and try to buy local when I can. They had some cheap spray paint ;O that I may go pick up another day, but it looked a million years old......give it a look and always try to support local!

WOW! The customer service was outstanding. During the interview process, responsiveness was an…read moreimportant factor. Mr. Dinger always responded to my calls from day one. If I sent a text or called in the evenings or weekends, he was sure to respond. During our first meeting together, my husband and I were educated on the different types of pool options (gunite vs. fiberglass, chlorine vs. salt) and Mr. Dinger sketched out on our lawn a visual of the pool. I felt comfortable discussing anything with him and he made sure everything was done right. "Pool school" is offered after the pool is installed for the owner to be able to understand how to maintain the pool. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. Our pool is beautiful and turned out better than we imagined it. Highly satisfied!

I ordered two large pots for my restaurant prior to opening, upon preparation of my grand opening I…read morewas going to use the pots, only to find one of the lids was defective and did not fit either pot. I called once and the lady said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.
