They apparently get new merchandise once a week; this includes everything from kitchen appliances, to books, to hygiene products. I can't compare this location to others since it was my first time, but I was overall impressed with the selection and pricing.

I'll give Ollie's four stars for being true to their concept but just call me a frustrated adrenaline junkie... saving a dollar on kitchen sponges hardly seems worth the time.

The cashier was swiping on her cell phone while she was ringing me up, she also had her ear buds in. She did not make eye contact, greet me, or tell me my total -- in fact the only time she spoke to me is when I thanked HER haha and at least she said "you're welcome." The security guard was rude and overly aggressive. Lost his patience and made me feel foolish because I had to ask him to repeat himself when I asked him where I was supposed to leave my backpack while shopping. I felt unnecessarily intimidated and uncomfortable. I've worked in customer service and retail all my life, managed retail stores, etc. and all I can say is this place falls way below average in terms of basic customer service expectations and I'm shocked.
