Tara was the employee who checked me out at the register just now. She was so kind. While I waited for my turn, I saw her answer two phone calls made to the store and very quickly, kindly, and efficiently handled the matter on the phone while not disrupting or holding up the people in her line. The woman in front of me did not speak English as her first language, and Tara was so patient and sweet while helping her, speaking slowly and clearly to help the woman as she was deciding to use a coupon to make a purchase. She even encouraged her to come back tomorrow for more sales! I am so impressed with Tara's kind customer service skills, something you don't see often anymore, especially at chain stores.
