It's the only mall in Greenville, 1 story, parking all the wall around it as most malls, great lighting inside but less so outside. The stores it holds switches from time to time but all in all pretty consistent selection of shops. The food court is good here as well. I'm obviously not going to go on and list everything the mall has, as it will change. All in all, it's a pretty decent mall, for Greenville.

I haven't purchased a suit coat in close to a decade, and it is time to replace the one I currently use. I have no idea what size would fit best, or what style would be the better choice. Maybe I expected too much from a department store that I thought assisted customers in their purchase decisions.

From high…read moreschool through college, I can say that this location has not change too much, aside from the security stations in the parking lot. That says a few things. This store does pretty well with being stocked, but the deal breaker just may be customer service. I won't speak on all of the associates because that's generalizing, but you have a few good ones that still believe that it's the associates that really make the trip memorable. And you have a few there that are just there for the money, typically a few of the younger crowd. And I get it, it's a job, and the pay has increased back from my days working at Walmart, but at the end of the day you were still selected to represent a company that's paying you to do so. Other than that, it's a frequent of college kids so depending on what time of the year you go you can expect the shelves to be cleared out or a lot of congestion. It's still an overall decent store with adequate lighting, and pretty packed parking. It's in the heart of Greenvile so, you know. I can't recommend or not recommend; your call.

A few weeks ago, I had an experience that changed my feelings toward this store in this location…read more I have been a long time shopper and counted this store among my favorites until recently. On 09/06/18, I had purchased a piece of sleepwear for $19.98 that I noticed had been mark down to $14.98 the following day. When I approached the sales clerk about how to get the price difference, and showed her my receipt from the purchase the day before, she conferred with a co-worker and I was told I would need to bring the item to the store with my receipt. I asked them to hold an example of the sleepwear, identical to the one I bought with the marked down price, until I got back. They said that they would. When I returned with my sleepwear, they scanned them in and said that they were not on sale. I asked them to get the pair they were holding which were identical to the ones I had bought and had the marked down price on the tag, but they were no longer able to find them. This was odd because I had only been gone about 30 minutes. They claim that the sale applied only to another color, though the example I had them hold was identical in color to the one I was trying to get the reduced price for. There were 3 cashiers interacting with me through this situation. None of them could account for where the example sleepwear with the sale tag went. When I asked if they took the sale tag off and put them back on the floor, one responded, "That I cannot help you!", then all walked away immediately and started working elsewhere. I imagine that the store made a mistake by marking down the sleepwear that was in the colour I bought. When I left, I also imagine that they didn't anticipate that I would return so quickly to get the price difference and thought they could correct the tag and forget about me. I am disappointed in what appears to be blatant deceitfulness and don't understand why I was not given the discounted price?
