While I waited for my turn, I saw her answer two phone calls made to the store and very quickly, kindly, and efficiently handled the matter on the phone while not disrupting or holding up the people in her line. The woman in front of me did not speak English as her first language, and Tara was so patient and sweet while helping her, speaking slowly and clearly to help the woman as she was deciding to use a coupon to make a purchase. She even encouraged her to come back tomorrow for more sales! I am so impressed with Tara's kind customer service skills, something you don't see often anymore, especially at chain stores. There were other areas of the store with limited stock or no stock. There was only 1 person on the registers. There were about 3 people in front of me on line. People constantly walked it. The link quickly got VERY long. The cashier then asked for backup over the Intercom. I think I wanted a little over 5 minutes in line. Check out was simple. They do have Apple Pay, which is good. I had my card with me but opted to use it. They did have hand sanitizer by the entrance for customers to use.
