The place has always been neat and tidy, and I've never encountered anything but helpful courtesy from the employees. I especially like going early in the morning before the rest of Fresno wakes up. This location opens at 8am, unlike many other locations which open at 9am. I never have any wait when I go early, which is especially great when buying a bouquet of balloons (starting at $1.50 a balloon!). I'd recommend this location--even if it is a bit of a drive for you.

He gave me a great deal on my purchase and even threw in a few things because I bought tons. I was ready to purchase online and it would have cost me more. It's not a huge store but you could be there hours looking at items. I even walked away with a couple loterías cards that were half my size for the party. Once inside though, it's like a little treasure trove of beautiful Mexican pottery. Tons of variety in colors, shapes, and sizes. Whether you're looking for something decorative or functional, they've probably got it. The lady working there was super sweet and took the time to show us some of the newer pieces and explain a bit about them, which was a nice touch. They also did a great job wrapping everything we bought--lots of care to make sure nothing breaks or chips on the way home. Where things fell apart is the order was supposed to be delivered today, and being a small condo, I had to make arrangements to get our old couch removed so there was room for the new one. However I got nervous that I hadn't received our delivery window confirmation text, so I sent the store an email. Turns out they had us down to have our furniture delivered on November 10th, contrary to what I had confirmed in store. The couch was supposed to be delivered today, and an ottoman on November 10. While they were able to move the delivery up until Friday, that still left us without anything to sit on for almost a week, so I had to pay to not only have our couch hauled away, but also to be hauled back to me, luckily it hadn't been disposed of. (Of course being in a random trailer that is filled with who knows what, I have to give it a cleaning before I left it in my house). I will also now have to pay to have it picked up AGAIN once the couch arrives. Overall a very stressful process.
