The check out line moves a lot quicker than the Clovis location as well so checking out isn't so painful. I love their home goods section. If you're a person who enjoys hosting others at your house this is a great place to get your cocktail shakers , different types of glassware and charcuterie boards. They have plenty of cookware and food storage. Currently, they carry a big selection of Stanley and Yeti for a great price! Holiday decor is another area I love to shop and they got it all. Only gripe to the Fresno TJ Max is their men's area is more limited and there aren't really any men's shoes either.

I was checking out the women's area for blazers they actually have a blazer for work and the size is my size. Inside the store was clean the people were super helpful to assist me during the process. What I like exactly about Marshalls is the discounted prices compared to other stores in the area or via online. Only thing I could do without is the super long line at the checkout register. The line was long as usual, but went by quickly as another cashier opened up their register for the customers. Zero Stars! This place is sleezy. Filthy floors, the shelves…read moreare always in disarray, massive long lines and wait time at checkout. typically only 1 cashier, 2 if you're lucky. Most of the cashiers are very unprofessional, talking aloud amongst themselves; having personal conversations with one another while they are ringing up customers. I've worked retail most my life and have never seen such unprofessional behavior before.(perhaos Walmart is the exception) They also call customers out in public if they are wearing a backpack and enter the store. A cashier will yell across the store "Sorry No Backpacks! You can't have a back oack in the store!" etc. and cause a big scene. Everyone in the store then turns and stares at the customer with the backpack. This is extremely unprofessional and tacky. It's also a double standard, and a form of harrassment, as they don't treat women with purses or totes that way. They don't tell women they can't bring in their purses or bags or try to force then to leave it up at the front of the store. it's actually easier to steal things with a purse or tote than a backpack. A backpack is on the person's back. They have to take it off, unzip it then try and steal something then zip it back up, strap it back on etc. A Lady with a purse or tote can just have her bag open and hanging from her shoulder, and just drop stuff right in. And there's no excuse for the location being a high crime location. Get security! Pay for Loss Prevention! Dont treat honest loyal customers like thieves! It's because of this double standard, singling people out for having a backpack, publicly calling them out on it in front of other customers, and treating them like a common criminal, that I won't shop at Dollar Tree any longer. I commute on my bike and use my backpack to carry personal items, groceries etc. while out and about. I will not leave my backpack unattended at the front of the store or with some employee, while I shop and be treated like a thief. No Way! That's absurd and insulting. I will spend my money elsewhere. I also called them out on it when it has happened to me, and I let them know: There is NO written Corporate Policy for Dollar Tree Stores stating customers are not allowed to enter with a backpack. There's no written policy and no official signage at the front of the store warning customers of this. They had zero response to that because they knew I was right, and I wouldn't let them bully, publicly embarrass, and devalue me as a customer simply because I need to use a backpack because I'm on a bike. There's a lot of stuff in there, but it's organized so well to the point where you don't feel overwhelmed and you can also see all of their products. They were having a wonderful sale on their backyard decorating items so I picked up a few things. I totally love the metal wall hanging art. I did a focus wall in my backyard with a black fence covering, and then I staple the wall art to the wall in my backyard it just makes it look so much better. I shopped around for different outdoor wall art and with their sales, Kirkland's had the best values and prices. All of the flowers are ordered were made a heavy metal so I know they won't fall apart anytime soon. I love how clean the store is and how nice the employees are. They always answer my random questions. I've never in line long, which is good, because the last time I'm in line the less things I see that I feel I need while I'm standing in line to be checked out. The employees are always super nice and courteous. I just wish it was a little closer to my house.
