Loving these stores! Pretty good deals! Masks worn by workers and required. I wanted to get Valentine's decorations. You know...it will be here before we all know it! They have a few rows of pretty great Valentine's Day stuff! Also love the sugar free pudding. Got that too! The store is safe and clean! Great music playing! Dancing down the rows! ;) I'm always really impressed with this place and the deals they have! Everything is not 99 cents, but still, good stuff and deals! I definitely got more than planned! For some reason my husband insists this store is better than the Dollar Tree. So, when he wants ziploc baggies, candy, or random cleaning products, we head to the 99 cent store. This store is large. Seasonal items are always stocked on the left side of the store and there are at least three aisles depending on the season. Fresh produce is available as well as some refrigerated products. This store is in a good location, right off Shaw and convenient. Make sure to bring your own bag! read more

"I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this store. I had just went to Walmart to look for a specific tree but had no luck. Decided to stop by the 99 Store to grab Christmas accessories just to see the Xmas tree I wanted as a display... we ask if they had any more in stock bt had no luck. she went out of her way to call other stores and no luck... so I asked if I can have the beautiful display they had set up and w out any hesitation she was down to do it. Never did they complain or nag about having to work extra hard on helping me get the display tree I asked for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Dominique & Iris . They went above and beyond to help me come home with the Xmas tree I really wanted. read more

One of my favorite "junk" stores. Not everything is 99 cents so watch the pricing. Great place for candies and little snack items. I can usually find David's low sodium sun flower seeds for 99 cents. I find a lot of cute paper party supplies here. Not typically a store where you can walk right up to the counter, so plan on waiting for a few minutes. read more

Upon arrival this place is always really busy considering other businesses and a little Cesar's right in the vicinity however parking is still pretty ample. This place has a huge selection of products from various cultures also there you can find gifts, food, and stuff for home business and play. There service is very average if not worse as all of the workers don't even seem remotely happy about their job. A lot of times you can't get assistance and if you do it can be to go to the wrong aisle. Some favs include the fridge selection, home goods, snacks, and Dr Pepper of course. The lines can get super long with impatient people at random times of the day. This location also looks disorderly and needs to be organized. I like coming in this place because it is big and filled with a lot of things for....you guessed it...99 cents. Some of the items you have to watch out for such as mylar balloons. They charge 99 cents for the ballon and another 50 cents for the helium inside that balloon. Great deal on bags of chips or candies, greetings cards are very nice. I came here looking for a summer item for a Halloween costume I am trying to create. Unfortunately, it is near the end of October and summer items are long gone. Nonetheless, the items that they have here are amazing. I did not find what I was looking for in regards to my costume, but I found something for my back up costume. I also found medium sized pumpkins, a mustard infinity scarf and a Halloween door decoration that consisted of a skeleton caged in a coffin. I was amazed at all of the things they have and they have a sale on things for .25 as well. I found a meme that said even when things are bad, I am rich at the dollar store. I absolutely love frequent this 99cent store when I'm near the area over all 99. It's super clean, always fully stocked and a lot of more than others. The only downside to this store: there are SOME REALLY RUDE customers that come here!! There's no need. Like common patron be nice!! Today's incident customer was extremely rude to the ONLY cashier on duty because there was a line. She raised her voice to cashier to tell her to open up another check out stand. Cashier politely responded wit a ma'am i am the only cashier here. Lady gets mad and rude. Leave the cashier alone!!! Lady don't you think she SEES THE LONG LINE? I'm PRETTY sure she would've called for help if there was help available. Calm down. Besides witnessing some rude customers this is one of the best 99cent stores in Fresno/clovis by far. read more

I usually love this store - I usually have no problems I walk in and plan to spend at least an hour walking around looking at EVERYTHING. I wasn't planning on going into the store today but did Because I knew if I walked in the store would call security on the crack head who was following me and trying to give me her clothes. (Btw she could easily be mistaken for me if she had purple hair and wasn't a crack head) she is apart of my reason for the 1 star because I'm assuming she's the one that they were thinking they were asking to leave the store Let me back up a little bit I ran into the store to escape the crack head i grabbed a basket and began my walk through the store picking up items that caught my eye I got through maybe half of the isles when a worker approached me and told me I had to leave the store. When I asked how come she said that they told her that they had me on camera stealing from a few days earlier. I told her it wasn't me and i haven't been in the store for 6 years due to being out of state. She said "we know it was you we have you on camera and you need to leave" I informed her that it wasn't me because I have no reason to steal because I have a job out of town and I at the time had well over 100$ in my purse. She said "they were scanning the isles and noticed me from last week stealing and told her to tell me to leave" I then told her that a white woman whom could I guess look like me that I ran from the crack head was probably the one they were looking for as I am starring at my leg tattoos and I asked if they saw them. She said "you were wearing pants." I informed her I never wear pants in summer. After we had the you need to leave conversation she did offer to let me pay for my items but I was still kicked out afterwards. I'm highly annoyed and disappointed that I got profiled and kicked out for something I didn't do. I have contacted corporate because that's not okay to do to a customer who isn't the one you are after in the first place. I love this store. like i can be so creative and save money. They have like the best stuff from kitchen things to office stationaries and office supplies and even groceries, and everything is for 99 cents. This location is very convenient as its on shaw and willow, a not so heavy traffic intersection, parking is also quite ample. There are tacky stuff, but there is a lot of non tacky and classy stuff too. Even more amazing is that is is literally a holiday central, where you can get the best holiday decor in town. The workers are not too bad, and its the nicer 99 cents store in town. Furthermore the grocery stuff is not too bad. Just make sure you come early to avoid the crowd and get to shop at your own time. read more

I love this 99 Cents store here! The staffs here are very welcoming and helpful. The store itself on the other hand is fairly clean... I've seen other stores that are dirtier and I appreciate that this place is kept clean although some customers here just make a mess as they go. Everything is for 99 cents as the store stated, except some equipment will cost about 2.99 but overall, you can't find that anywhere for 2.99 and as good. The everyday things that you can find at Walmart or Target can be found here. From household to food, everything is here. I love that they have fruits and vegetables here for a cheaper price with good quality. I bought a big bag of carrots and potatoes for only 99 cents each! They also have broccoli, asparagus, onions, garlic, ect., as well as seasonings. Very cheap and affordable here. read more

I have this love-hate relationship with the 99 Cents Store. I love the fact that everything is cheap. That being said, everything is cheap. The only stuff I buy here is Theater Candy. *Wink* *Wink* But I warn you....if you love a certain candy, make sure it's the one you want. I grabbed some Reese's thinking it was peanut butter and had a funny taste ...Jus say'in...buyer beware and check your expiration dates on all food items.
