This Dollar Tree kind of has poor lighting.. like not much natural light compared to others, but it's also consistently well-organized and well-staffed. And it's pretty big, it's over by Marshall's off of Eastchase. Dollar Tree and Marshall's are 2 of my routine stops when I'm in the mood for shopping for holiday decor. Worst experience EVER. Gentleman with a pink tie came up to me and my fiancée and said take everything out of your purse and put it back. I had not taken anything and even let him go through my purse. He then accused my fiancee and all she had in her hands was our car keys! This was so upsetting. We have never stolen anything in our lives!! He said he just doesn't want to lose any merchandise and he meant "no offense, queen". I'm just stunned. Terrible service. read more

Store hours states their open at 8am, I've been sitting in the parking lot since 8am with other customers along with a worker we are standing outside currently waiting for someone to come open the door. It's now 8:26 and no one still here. read more

Dollar Tree - Discount Store Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Not a big dollar store person but when I need to get birthday cards or Christmas bags this is where I go. The Dollar Tree is a good store for fast cheap items. I think everything is a dollar. But I never checked around. The bags are a dollar. You can get some good deals. The same Christmas or party bags are more expensive at other places. And if you are looking for a holiday decoration check them out you can find it at a great price. I probably should check The Dollar Tree out more often. I could save some money. But I'm not a big shopper. They always have a small crowd when I go. But the checkout is fast not a long wait if any wait. The store can be junky because people just throw things everywhere. So I imagine it is hard to keep the store in order. I hold the customers at fault people can be messy. read more

This dollar tree on Eastchase never fails to consistently features empty shelf space. It always looks like Armageddon struck here. I'm including some photos to help illustrate the two star review of this dollar tree store location specifically related to lack of stock and empty shelf space. And what is present on the shelves is usually in piles and heaps. It might seem there is a mismanagement of inventory control at this location. But it's been an issue I've noticed for several years now and this location has not been around much longer than that. It surprises me that the dollar store chain has not addressed this ongoing issue with this location. I'd be embarrassed if it was under my responsibility or representing my brand. read more

Prices are not very good, store is junky, poor customer service and understaffed. Crime problems.

This store opens at 9 AM, NOT 8 AM. The workers are hit or miss. They're either super awesome or they hate their job and are sure to let you know it. Same goes for how it's organized- it's either clean or a total mess. I've never had an in between with this location. read more

Understaff need to hire extra person to do recovery in order to have the entire aisle looking neat instead of a tornado just hits it, it would be nice to have a part time or even a full time to do strictly on recovery, guaranteed that items are placed in its proper location and to avoid open containers that's been eaten in the store. My biggest complain working here at this location and still employed is there is a lot of shoplifting here and regulars who come in and pretend to shop or prior to leaving asking silly question to work themselves out the front door. Why can the company display some kind or legal signs stating that shoplifting is a crime, or the store is being monitored. I see the regulars who come here and shop and I know once they leave they have something on them, they know they can get away from it cause the manager or other employees seem as if they don't care or afraid to turn them in, this not only encourage them to steal on a regular basis but encourage the young ones and middle age and family who has children using them as a decoy to get what they want. Manager says we cant do nothing about it but he can watch the customer who intend to take a merchandise without paying for it and proof that they have stolen .
