So off I went looking for my treasure. This place has about 8 aisles under roof. Each aisle has colored lines on the floor to indicate your location. Red line means you are located in the Red Aisle. Blue line is Blue Aisle etc. It was hot and humid today and this place , for the most part , is cooled by ceiling fans scattered about. My suggestion is to visit when the weather is better. ( the winter months ) I walked around for almost an hour and a half before the humidity did me in. Did I buy anything ? Why yes , I bought some junk today. ( LOL ) No treasure to be found this time , There are several food vendors selling various types of food, hot dogs etc. Plenty of seating available in the food zone. If you come when the weather is cooler and spend more time searching for your treasure, I'm sure you'll find it. There are so many items for sale here that even if you don't find your treasure , I'm sure you'll treasure the "junk" you bought LOL. There is free parking and free entry. I asked for assistance with a rug, and instead of helping, his response was simply, "I can't help you right now, I'm busy." Rather than assisting a customer himself, he had a female manager come help me. Thankfully, she had no problem stepping in and provided excellent customer service, but it was obvious she was disappointed by the situation as well. What made the experience even more upsetting was seeing the male manager go outside shortly afterward to smoke his vape. Apparently, he had time for that, but not enough time to help a customer who needed assistance. This is not the kind of behavior anyone should expect from management. Managers are supposed to lead by example, support both their team and customers, and create a positive shopping experience. Watching a manager refuse to help, pass the responsibility onto someone else, and then walk outside for a vape break reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. Corporate should seriously evaluate the leadership at this location. Customer service starts with management, and this experience was unacceptable.
