You have to get down and dirty to get in there, but you can find some great stuff. The only thing I don't like is sometimes the management is mean she needs to be friendlier and also the people that are regulars attack the bins before you can even get to one. I had someone ripped something out of my hand that's not kosher. read more

I went to the "Goodwill" Outlet Bins with my teenage daughter to look at what they had for sale. They had a lot of cool stuff there! My daughter goes to this store a lot and always comes back home with so many treasures that she finds. I found 3 nice shirts when we went this time and my daughter found 10 articles of clothing for herself. Staff was nice and friendly. Very cool spot for finding cheap used clothing and miscellaneous goods! read more

Okay I love St Matt's. My car just turns into the parking lot. Got a great bath mat that my kitten loves, a stressless recliner, various Knick knacks, tons of clothes and all my beautiful treasures help the most vulnerable in our community get well and have a beautiful life. My girlfriend and I were out to find clothing at the lowest prices around. We were told to try the Outlet and that it was conveniently located next to Edison Mall. We were greeted by a nice lady who explained how to buy and how the rotation worked. It was amazing!! The tables come out and it's an awesome experience.! We grab items and sort them like clockwork. We had so many name brands, with tags, vintage summer apparel and so much more. We stayed for five hours as new stuff just kept coming out. With the friendly staff and great bargains we will be coming back soon. Thanks to this we can finally dress our entire family with the best quality clothing. read more

I was in Naples for my job with my papered Service Animal. I thought this thrift store looked great as I am a "Thrifty", I had my service animal tethered close to me, and clearly marked. 2 people approached US and asked if they could pet my, I gave consent, he stayed by my side, not causing any issues, when an old woman in black died hair told us dogs aren't allowed, I told her he is a service dog, she proceeded to argue with me, telling me he is sniffing, service dogs dont do that. (this is his job) she never asked for paperwork, just proceeded to yell and cause a huge thing, a huge scene, for being a "Faith Based" (St Matthew's) this was the Worst experience I have had, which has triggered the problem I have the dog for. TERRIBLE PLACE- don't give them your hard earned money! read more

St Matthew's thrift store always has a wonderful assortment of items to browse through. Whether is clothing, furniture, housewares.... there's always a lot to keep you busy. Prices are average and it never hurts to haggle a little. The stag is always pleasant and helpful. ;-) Some of my favorite finds here have been little trinkety things and done t-shirts. I believe i picked up a stool here once as well. Anyhow, I always enjoy browsing. Never know what I'll go home with. :-) I recently came by during a mobile food pantry being held in the parking lot that was being hosted by the Mission Community Church in NFM. It was amazing to see the amazing outreach that took place. Very organized and so very helpful. If you like thrift stores and great deals, definitely check this place out. Before Hurricane Ian it was a St. Matthew's Place Thrift Store. It has now become an Outlet Bins for St. Matthew's Place. The staff are helpful and kind. I have found amazing deals on clothes, towels, and blankets. Yes, you have to dig through bins and boxes, so just be careful, but you can find some good stuff. I love I can support a local non-profit while buying affordable items. Tips: 1. Bring a card, no cash. 2. Grab a cardboard box on your way out to carry all your finds, they are free, totes are not. It is a bag less store. read more

Small assortments of men's, women's and children's. Prices are crazy expensive for some items I was shocked! They cater more towards older men and women too- lots of athletic golfing/sports clothing but not many different sizes. Shoe selection for men's, women's and children's was nearly nonexistent- kids maybe had 3 pairs. Outdoor furniture was priced at over $300+ .. I'd skip this one next time and recommend the local Goodwills. read more

These stores used to be thrift stores, but now they are WAY overpriced. End tables that cost $999, simple ceramic vases that cost $199. Definitely not a thrift store anymore, it doesn't matter that the money raised goes to a good cause. It's shameful what they are now charging for items that were donated to them. read more

I always go to St. Matthew's House in Fort Myers and in Naples. They have a great variety of merchandise and the prices are affordable. The employees are always very helpful. I have bought many items in these stores. I will go back. read more

This is how thrift stores should aspire to be. Staff is friendly, there are a lot of nicely sorted pieces everywhere. Nice balance of clothes, Knick knacks, & some furniture. I felt that it had a little bit of everything. I came in with no expectations & left so impressed and happy with my new decor pieces. Discounts vary on the day you shop, however today was 30% off all items, which was a great & unexpected perk! They even give you info to sign up for future purchases & acquire points to use. Clean & everyone wore masks. If I'm ever back in this area this will def be one of my places to stop & shop! read more

i've never left a review before but 100% this is the best store i've ever been to and they deserve the recognition. I had bought a new bunk bed with my mother and they had no problem helping lowering the price to a more affordable price. I was also in the dressing room and helped an old lady who had a broken arm tie her shoe and a nice employee came out his office and handed me a 25 dollars gift card. best costomer service ever. helped us get the bed frame out were super nice during the whole process and very friendly staff. 100% recommend coming here and will be back. read more

The WORSE thrift store i ever visited. They will not return your money in any case. and the might not stand behind their store credit. I paid for a table + sofa about 230$ and was agreed that the day after i will come a pick it with my truck.The day after I arrived with my wife and when she was the items she didn't liked them. We asked to cancel the deal (the items was still in the store) but they refuse, and store credit was the only option. we had no choice. A year later we still had 86$ on the store credit, but last time we visited the store we found out the the money is gone, the store changed the computer system and all the old store credits are gone !. In my opinion it is simply a theft !. I will NEVER but there again. read more
