The customer service is AWFUL, to the point you don't feel comfortable shopping. They asked us to leave 15 mins before the actual closing time and began constantly harassing customers 30 minutes before closing time. Just change the hours then! However, the prices are fair and the products are organized well enough, which is the reason for the second star. read more

they have great products, however even though store closes at 6pm everyday except Sunday, they are literally bumrushing you to get out of the door by 5:45. They lock the doors before 6pm and yell the store is closing at 5:30. Very unprofessional, if you don't want to stay open until 6 you simply don't have to. read more

Huge selection of all sorts of things from clothes to shoes, jewelry, kids toys, and more. Big store too, so it's safe to say one could spend a nice amount of time browsing and doing some thrift-therapy. I plan on going back soon. I'm so glad I found this place! read more

Surprisingly bigger than it appears. Lot more clothes than expected. I had gone in looking to see if they had some records for sale. Unfortunately, there were only 9 milk crates, and a lot more Andy Williams and Engleburt than I wanted. I may have walked out with nothing, but my mom walked around with some dish ware. Will I go back? Quite possibly if I'm in that area of South Cleveland. read more

I had been so excited to go here but, unfortunately, it was a huge let down. It's messy, disorganized and most of what they have isn't priced so you have to ask. While my MIL, who's visiting from out of town, and I were standing in line a young man with his mom was trying to buy an old video game console...the lady serving them said she couldn't sell it to them because it didn't have tape on it??? No idea what was going on but, WHY would a thrift shop refuse to sell something to a customer? That made NO sense to me at all! If it doesn't have a price on it then figure one out! The mother was upset and the woman behind the counter was horrible to her! Yelling and causing a scene. I will NEVER go here again, nor will I donate anything to them again. I felt horrible for the volunteers working in there and the young man and his mom for being treated so rudely by the checkout woman. read more

This place is HUGE and not too well organized. The prices I think are a little high for a thrift store. Everything there has a price tag so there is less of a chance of finding that great thrift store find like you can at some places. I am not sure who does their pricing but you might want to advise them that it is a thrift store and things are used! read more

My sister, dad's girlfriend, and I all went. My sister and I both bought huge bags of clothes for 40% off most tags; my sister got 10 items and I got 11. My dad's girlfriend bought Birkis that are originally $100 for $12! We were all pretty happy with the experience, except the cashier/worker seemed pretty annoyed when we tried on all the clothes and put some items back. That's the entire point of a dressing room though. ‍ I'd still say it's worth it to stop here, especially if they have a 40% off sale. read more

My complaint is about the volunteer help or should I say lack of help. It took me 3 separate trips to this store to get a price on a used bunk bed. The older woman in charge kept saying to come back tomorrow because she has to get the guys to see if all the pieces are there before she can price it. My mom who is a senior said she wanted to buy it today to get the 25 percent off and it didnt matter if the pieces were there or not because she really only wants the mattress. The lady told her very rudely well there is nothing she can do about that. You'll just have to come back tomorrow. I her daughter, went back a couple of days later and still had to ask how much it was. Finally they came up with a price and I said I'll buy it for that price but Im just taking the mattress and you can keep the bed. The Spanish girl who was working that day was also very rude and sat and watched me struggle with dragging the mattress across the floor and out the door to my car and didn't offer to help or get anyone to help me. Another customer who was entering the store saw me struggling and helped me. I've shopped at that store when you were located at royal palm square and now since my last few visits there I told the Spanish girl i won't shop there anymore. The way they treat people is very rude, uncaring, lazy and unmotivated people. I would expect them to be more gracious since the money raised goes to a very good cause. I guess since they volunteer they feel as though they don't have to provide good customer service. They older lady needs to retire because she especially is rude and crabby and doesn't care about the customers and when I asked her for a price on something she was eating her breakfast at the register and treated me like I was bothering the hell out of her. I will donate my money and items elsewhere untill that place changes their staff. read more
