Today I went to pick up a med I had already once went to pick up and was told I still needed to wait a week as it wasn't time to refill. This was extremely odd to me as I should have about 3 weeks extra of this med because I had held off taking it for a few weeks. I was told they would give me enough to cover until my prescription could be filled. I thought that was very kind of them, until I heard the older gentleman next to me say he was shorted the same medication as I had been. There is no Starbucks but it is easy to head to an aisle that's in the same area as the Kansas City store or N.E. Minneapolis location. In this case cookie cutter floor plans are a good thing. I did see a floor walker greeting customers and asking if anyone needs help finding something. I haven't seen this elsewhere. The checkout lines were on the long side when I entered, but more terminals were opened by the time I checked out which shows the management can make quick adjustments during the day. I would think, however, on a Saturday afternoon they would keep enough people staffed to handle the expected rush.
