We purchase clothes for over 200 kids each year and this store is well, stocked, well designed and immaculate. The staff is beyond helpful and the Manager (Chris) goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is efficient and glitch-free. It is rare these days to go shopping and find a store both stocked and well staffed with happy employees. Other companies need to take lessons from this operation. Kudos to them.

We went to quite a few different stores looking for grass and bird seed and to no avail the stores were so expensive until we found Job Lot. We just bought a house so we have to be thrifty until we're used to where to shop and get different items. This place is massive and kept very clean and neat. It is relatively small inside, so it is set up to walk through in a one-direction loop rather than being able to meander around. The donated goods are mostly mall brands and the styles were pretty basic wares, but the prices were excellent. Like all thrift stores, you never know what you will find that day which is part of the joy of thrifting. Everything was clearly price marked and very affordable (for example, all shirts were $3 and all shoes were $5). Everything was clean and for the most part organized, with a few large totes and bins you could dig through.

They used to be under a different ownership who owned another convenient in Rochester. Okay lol, onto the review. They remodeled back a few years ago. The cashier used to at an island in the middle of the store. It's now on the side. Not really a problem. So, they used to have more food!! They had a deli! With fresh made to order sandwiches. Now it's mostly just frozen foods I can get at the local stop & shop a few miles from Onset. I like how close it is to my parents house. 30 second'ish walk from the crib!!!!!! Now they have a lot more alcohol which if you're an alcoholic like my mom and I, it's great but once again, I miss the food.
