On a Friday afternoon, the cafe patrons took up almost the entire parking lot. We parked two doors down at the post office and walked back (there are no sidewalks on the side of the road). This shop is well laid out by category - women's, men's, home goods, shoes, accessories, etc. Everything was clearly tagged and almost everything seemed to be under $10. The store and the items were clean and in good condition, but the clothing styles were pretty outdated and mostly mall brands. This would be a great place if you're in town or nearby for a vacation and realize you forgot something like water shoes or wanted to quickly get a sweatshirt for a chilly night.

They have strict policies about back packs and bags (understandable), but the approach is HIGHLY unsavory. I can feel empathetic to small business owners. Being treated like a child is unacceptable. I understand they have a business to run, but the charm in charming escaped this lovely lady. It's pricey, welcome to the Cape! But don't let that detract you from scavenger hunting. Just be like a duck and let the unsavoriness of a "greeter" with poor greeting skills turn you off. Just hold on to your bag, don't break anything and enjoy your visit!

The white haired woman was in the front as always and when I got to the counter she "HAD" to Bring hangers to the back room...I folded my 4 items and waited and waited. Did not come back in a timely manner and I had to leave. She was there to SELL even as a volunteer. She is too chatty with those cashing out and it's frustrating waiting in line listening to her look at every item you are purchasing. Too bad as I love donating there and purchasing there. Three female employees were mulling around and chatting among themselves and never greeted or acknowledged me. When i asked if the store was new, the response was brief and unfriendly.
