A lovely gal suggested a VT balloon to me and I held one. I was planning on being there two days after VT day, but it ended up 4 days late. Upon arrival to the store, the folks there could not do enough for me. They located a sealed box from the back, opened it and my balloon was labeled for a hold for me. The gal opened it, inflated it in front of me, then decorated the hand held ribbon, with 4 or five seperate ribbons all coordinated to the balloon colors. She had excellent customer service skills, and had the artist eye as well. We now have our traditional VT balloon. I always will now return to this great store. The selection of balloons and party needs is mind blowing in so many choices. They have designer balloons in chrome and metallic balloons in the shape of ufo's.
